Very near Odori Park,right in front which is a very nice place to stroll. Walking distances are Tanukikoji, Nijo, Susukino shopping and dining places. The hotel is clean except other guests bring dirt and dried leaves with them when they go in. Breakfast is delicious good and fresh though never changed when we ate there 4 or 5 times. Their twin room is relatively spacious. Bathroom is clean. Staff at the reception are friendly but sometimes I had difficulty in language, thanks to Google transplate or app they use to get message across. Overall it was an 8 day excellent stay. Thanks to Odysis Odori Koen Hotel. We’ll be happy to check-in there again when we visit Sapporo again in the future. Can not think of any except difficulty in language.

Location and pajama. The room looked nice, but functionality was poor in every aspect. There was a buzzing sound in the room. A buzz could be heard maybe every 30 seconds, and that became incredibly annoying at night when I was trying to sleep. The front (park side) of the hotel had lights on all night, and light came in around the curtains and made it hard to sleep. Staff didn't speak much English. The afternoon staff members were especially rude, lazy, and unprofessional. Group tourists made a lot of noise in the hallway! And the soundproof was poor. There was almost a half centimeter gap on the side of the lower half of the door. Very dusty under the fridge! (Yes, I moved everything while trying to find the source of the buzzing sound.) No one was at the front desk from 23:00 to 6:00.

Near transportation. Has complete amenities. Has ice dispenser, water dispenser and coin laundry. Their breakfast was pretty decent too. Just that it’s a bit far from the train station so mostly we used the bus

Every thing is Good! If i have a chance,I will stay here again. The room is fit for 3 persons. The atmosphere in room and Hotel has a warm, cozy and modern! The cleanliness is excellent and there’s a room cleaning service available too None
