The hotel is conveniently located, making travel very easy. It is situated only about 2–3 minutes from the train and bus stations, which provides great convenience for transportation. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions and shopping areas.

I like the cleanliness of our room and the service at breakfast buffet. The front desk should be more knowledgeable to answer customer's question. It should be able to assist like for example, where is the nearest currency exchange, is there a nearest bus station going back to the airport. Theses are the common questions of tourist since they are not familiar to the area. The hotel should hire someone who can speak English since a lot of foreigners speaks this language. The hotel has a sign of non-smoking building but still not strict enough to implement this rule. As soon as you get out of the elevator and walk in to the alley towards your assigned room, you can smell the smoke of cigarettes.

The location is great, lots of restaurants, shops etc. Also close to drop off and pick up point for Airport Bus Service. The staffs is not particularly friendly, everything we asked for is met with a very cordial but firm NO. We asked for a knife to peel some fruits, borrow an umbrella, all NO.

+Location +Accesible to all (shopping, DIY tour, food/restaurant) +Walking distance to all mode of transportation (Subway, Tram, Bus) +Few meters walk to Airport Bus Limousine drop off/pick up point +Super friendly and accommodating staff +No need for AC during winter but you can have the window open +Complete Toilet Ammenities (do not bring shampoo etc) +I wil stay here everytime I go to Sapporo. +Great Value for Money -There is nothing I dont like.

Great hotel for a Sapporo stay. Close to major shopping/restaurant/nightlife area. Really close to a train station. We were skiing at Tiene and Kokusai and also did snowmobiling while staying- and the direct buses for the ski resorts stop right out the front which was very convenient. It seems lots of tourist-type tours stop there. Room was normal sized for Japan - we had the room that fit 3 people. Was clean and tidy. Would stay here again. No complaints.

Wry easy to get to The rooms were very small for 2.. one of us had to sit on the bed while the other one walked around it. Hardly any room to put any suitcase, but it doesn’t really matter if your stay is short

First time in Sapporo and I could not book a better hotel just nearby the main square and all the shopping malls the hotel was great in terms of location. The room was big and comfortable. The stuff was nice and the price was amazing. I booked in advance of course the hotel exceeded my expectation and I will probably book again.
