Hotel is close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Breakfast is nice.

The staff were especially kind and helpful, and the location was especially convenient. We enjoyed the free afternoon snacks and drinks in the lounge as well It felt a little dated in areas

It was nice to have a wardrobe, drawers, a lot of flat surfaces to put things in or on. I asked for a quiet room and got it. Thanks! It was a nice touch to have guest lounge, with free treats, coffee, tea, juice.

Location Food was great but they could do menu rotation if possible. The futon beds could be improved better since we got a 4bed room capacity

-From the airport, the hotel is a direct bus stop for the Airport Limousine bus. - Near 2 convenience stores. - Rooms are spacious. - You need to walk at least 200-300 meters for restaurants, and about 500 meters to a kilometer for shopping.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Afternoon snacks can be purchased in the lounge where drinks and sweet snacks were free. The breakfast selection was over and beyond. The room had mildew. Breakfast prices varied daily as they assumed that my family members were not staying at the hotel and other days didn't check the age of our child.

Perfect location, steps away from Hakodate train station, Morning Market, tram stop. Very walkable area to shops, restaurants, red brick warehouse, etc.. There is a drug store on the ground level of the hotel and adjoining store that sells food products and souvenirs. Buffet breakfast is excellent - wide variety, pleasantly presented and freshly refilled. Staff is always polite and extremely helpful.

Nothing, everything was great

Location was great because I was able to take the limousine bus from the airport directly to the hotel. Going to the airport wasn't a problem too because I just had to walk to a nearby hotel to take the limousine bus again. Room size was adequate. I particularly enjoyed staying at the lounge after a long day of walking because light snacks and coffee were available for free. On a certain day I wanted to go to a tour that required a reservation via phone call and the front desk officer who was in charge at that time very kindly helped me out. Hotel rooms aren't carpeted so there were times when I could hear the footsteps of neighboring guests. It would've also been nice to have been provided with teaspoons along with the cups in the room.

Excellent breakfast highlighting local Hokkaido products. Location was very nice and convenient, beside Odori Park and within a 10 minute walk to subway entrances, and still within 20 minute walk to Sapporo Station and Susukino. The Komorebi Lounge was very nice as well with local Hokkaido treats. The bed was ok but could be more comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast, location and size and functionality of the room were excellent. Overall nice hotel but seems like it’s a little older building. The room appeared to be updated and clean but the carpets in the hallways (at least in the 9th floor) were stained in many places.

The location of the hotel is really nice, as well as the breakfast and the bathtub. -

Worn out, dated facilities. Picked “excellence” package. Seems lower floors without view (?) have been updated but not our room. Bathroom and closet seems musty and mildewed. Requested housekeeping each day but sheets were never changed. Breakfast is ample. Lots of choices. Example: three types of rice, three types of soup, roast lamb, pork, sausage and bacon each day. Buffet choices stay the same each day. Best part of this stay was laundry facilities and Lawson right next door. Was quiet and large but very very dated. Outdated room decor. No news channels in room despite having CCTV and NHK World programmed in. Microwave and ice only on 12th floor.

The Hotel was close to Odori Station. It was away from crowded Susukino area. The hotel lounge provide FREE coffee, hot/cold drinks and Hokkaido snacks like Shiroi Koibito famous cookie, cakes, Royce chocolate chips, etc... from 3pm to 9pm daily. Nothing

The hotel location is about 7mins walk to the Exit 1 Odori Station Aurora Town underground shopping mall. This Station leads to several shopping mall like Pole Town shopping mall leading to Susukino Station, Sapporo Ekimae Dori shopping area leading to Sapporo Station. 10mins walk to Sapporo TV Station. 3 mins walk to take 'Streetcar' to Tanuji Koji Shopping street about 2 stops. Location is super convenient. Nothing

The hotel is opposite to Odori Park. It is about 7mins walk to Exit 1 of Odori Station. The breakfast spread was good with many options. The Standard Twin Room was super big about 28sqm facing the park. nil
