Good location. Easy access from the station and walkable distance to many sites in town, restaurants, etc. The rooms were nice, clean and check-in/out was easy.

Location and its proximity to places of interest and accessibility to transportation to various destinations. The cenntralized air conditioning that prevented us from controlling either cooling or heating the room.

The hotel is located very near the main train stations, as well as near to Odori Park. The guests should have full control of the air conditioning as majority of our stay, it was too warm and stuffy (centralized AC was set to heater) that we have to open the windows to let cool air in. Unfortunately, the noise from the main street bothered our sleep. Guests should have complete freedom to utilize the airconditioning in their respective rooms. Other guests of the hotel during our stay share the same complaint.

Our stay in Koko hotel was pleasant and convenient. The location is good-a short walk to subway and train station making it easy to explore the nearby spots…The room was clean and comfortable and the staff are kind and helpful…Its a great choice for travellers who value accessibility and comfort.

The location is ok The room is too small, the staff is not friendly, one a soft and small pillow is allows per person, the breakfast is not impressive,

Great location to shopping and transportation. Walked to snow festival exhibit. Excellent breakfast. We chose this property because of price, location, breakfast and good cancellation policy. Room was too small. Would have preferred two small beds instead of one double. Had just enough room to walk with luggage lined up against wall. Laundry should have 3 separate washers and dryers. Had long waits.

The location is superb as it is very close to Sapporo, Odori and Susukino stations. It's also very close to Odori Park. The hotel has an easy access from Sapporo Station via the Ekimae-dori underground passageway. We can't figure out how to have our rooms cleaned even after 4 days of staying.

The location was good, but the food was not that good. You need to improve on housekeeping as nobody collects trash and cleans the beddings. There was no option to change the beddings, it was only for the towels. Serve fresh, nutritious meals.
