Hotel Olympia

My family and I stayed here and had a lovely experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The three level pool was easily our favorite part of the hotel. It was perfect for families with young children because each level had a different depth. Our kids spent most of their time in the shallow area where they could play comfortably and safely while we relaxed nearby without worrying. The pool bar and restaurant were only a few steps away, which made it easy to grab drinks without leaving the pool area for long. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We genuinely had a wonderful family holiday here and would happily return again. ???

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I couldn’t even stay for more than one night. • The room was not clean and had a terrible smell of dust and rubble. When I tried to turn on the A.C., it spread the same smell because the filter was dirty, so I had to turn it off immediately. • My body was full of mosquito bites after just one night. • The hotel looks close to the beach and downtown on the map, but in reality it’s far away and located about 600 meters above sea level. • The place is old, not renovated at all. • At 5 P.M., when I tried to rest, the staff were loudly cleaning the rooms next to me for hours. I even asked them to stop, but they ignored me. I don’t blame the workers—they were just doing their job—but I do blame the management. Cleaning and making noise at that time shows a complete lack of respect for guests. I have photos and videos to prove everything. If the owner tries to deny this, I will share them. This hotel does not deserve a single cent.

The view from the room was amazing! Our bathroom kept flooding our room after every shower, even after the hotel manager came and fixed it

The staff were very nice and helpful. The view from the room was really wonderful. We had issues with the toilet and water from the day we checked in. The taps didn’t work half the time and the other half the toilet wouldn’t flush (staff always sorted it out but was inconvenient). The pool water was unclean looking and the pool area was so slippy. The lift felt very old and unkept and was very small, we were too afraid to use it. The walk to and from the beach was a series of very steep hills which meant we were left paying for taxis even though the hotel is advertised at 400m away from the beach.

The staff was very kind and supportive, reception offered suggestions of things to do, helped by calling taxi and most important of all gave full support when one of us was feeling unwell. Well done you all, you are a great team.

The views from the balcony over seranda was perfect and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel reception couldnt be more helpful. The staff at the pool bar/restaurant were very rude and the food wasn't nice apart from the pizza. We have breakfast there one morning and got served moldy hard bread with jam.

Lovely hotel, nice pool, great bar with good view over Saranda. Room nice and cool slept well here. Friendly staff Only downside is the location! 10 minutes from centre but steep slopes and steps all the way down does not make a pleasant walk. Not good for infirm or elderly.

Sorry, but there is nothing much to like.The only thing was the cleaning services. The room was cleaned every day. The first think they fool you about the room. We choose a quadruple room with terrace but the terrace is not private is a sharing place. They tell you 10 min walk to the city but that is not true is more than that and hard to walk.Everything was outdate.Not too much space for parking every time we needed to go out the needed to move cars around,at our last day they wake us up at 7AM to move our car. The pool has sign for no jumping and diving but no one was falling the rules, kids were jumping non stop, we just try the pool for an hour. Our bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet all the time. They had a small fridge that wasn’t working right and froze our drinks.

We had such a nice time staying at Olympia hotel. Location was not far from the centre at the quiet area. Nice lounge around pool and very very tasty pizza!! We will definitely come back again

The location is not to bad the pool was okay is some of the staff was okay The property it wasn’t for 3 star the bed wasn’t comfortable to start with and we didn’t have a lock on the bathroom door for two days and I have to argue with them to change the covers and when I arrived to check in they said if I pay with card, I have to pay 6% what was clearly on the email included in the price so I have to go and draw money and paid cash so I won’t go there again

Nice pool.close to tha beach.nice staff at the bar. Lock in toilet door was broken.bed very uncomfortable.food at the bar not great but ok.

Very good

Staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. Especially, I want to recommend the dinner there. We had delicious pizzas made in a wood oven, in a nice restaurant by the pool overlooking Saranda’s gulf and the island of Corfu.

We had an amazing time and enjoyed hotel’s facilities: the pool, the restaurant, the clean room with the amazing view to the sea. This is truly value for money!
