Stayed here for the second time this month. It was great just like the last time. Great staf WiFi fast. Also the room very clean. The breakfast as well was good and with different flavors both sweet and salty. I recommend this hotel! Will definitly come again!

The accommodations were very clean, modern, and had great views of the bay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was great for us because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the board walk(about a 15 min walk). We were also grateful for the planning assistance we received with local activities, restaurants and transportation from Ledjona. She made everything much easier to navigate!

The hotel is nice and clean, I spent 2 nights, the room was cleaned on the first morning. The breakfast was good. The young and intelligent lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff is always smiling. The place is quiet, not far but not near the city. I recommend it. I did not find anything wrong with this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the view from my room was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Meeting Ledjona at the hotel reception was especially pleasant. Ledjona is a very nice person and she helped us a lot to solve the problem with the internet. The entire service staff made the stay very homely. We will definitely come back!

They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making me feel truly at home. The location of the hotel is perfect—close to all the main attractions, but still in a quiet area. It made getting around the city so convenient, and I loved being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was such a great variety of fresh, delicious options every morning, catering to all tastes. It really set me up for the day! The cleanliness of the hotel was also exceptional. My room was spotless, and the common areas were always tidy and well-maintained. Overall , Unico exceeded my expectations in every way. Location was great just off the main road with all the shops and resto and bakeries. 15 mins to sarande promenade. Breakfast was great and lot of variety and fresh fruits. Family run establishment and they are super friendly and did all thry could to make our stay wonderful. They suggested soo many good places to go and visit and eat at. it was the wife's birthday and they made it super special with decorating with balloons and a special bottle. Couldnt of asked for a better service from them all so thank you so much for making it a beautiful stay!! we will return!!! Everything was perfext.

Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the view was amazing. Location is good, close to good restaurants and to the main part of Sarande. It was also easy to drive from the apartment to Ksamil. Breakfast was great, nice coffee, food, fresh cooked eggs, sausages, albanian doughnuts, a nice way to start your day. There are no curtains in the bathroom, so after the shower the bathroom is full of water, that can be slippery. We didn't use the kitchen, but there weren't sponge, detergent, etc.. you might need to ask them for it or buy yourself.

Excellent accommodation, well divided, large and comfortable. Clean and excellent location and possible to walk to the main promenade of Saranda, great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. The only bad thing is the bathroom, which doesn't have a shower and gets the rest of the bathroom wet when you take a shower.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It is walking distance from the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the balcony and the sea view. Also the parking space was a great convenience. We had a comfortable stay and the hosts were very friendly. The coffee bar by the property was an added feature.
