We loved the hotel - the location was amazing and right on it's own private beach. The breakfast was delicious.

Staff was not very helpful. The room was small and there was no real shower.

The location was within walking distance from the promenade, and had nice cafes and shops nearby. The property was clean and safe. The property is located beachfront, however the chairs/umbrellas were an additional cost even for hotel guests (€10 per day), we had to walk up and down a steep hill to access the hotel, and breakfast wasn’t great. Reception was not friendly or welcoming, seemed as if they were on vacation for themselves with no regard for paying guests.

Near the seashore It is far from the sarande promenade and restaurants. Room is small and old. There are rules that need to follow including not bringing food and just a note the cabana/umbrella is €5 a day.

the breakfast was tasty, you have salty or sweet option or both :D enjoyed the quietness and clearness, the beach, the food, the support. *unfortunately i can't post pictures, maybe there is a problem with the booking account :(

Nice staff, great location perfect stay

Good location First we have booked Double room with balcony. But the room was too small for us so we had an upgraded to Family room with balcony. Which was good size but there is a kitchen in the room thats nothing work. No equipment at all even the pipe of the zink was unfinished. The elevator is at half floor so which floor you are. still need to walk up or down to the room. Which was not handy especially us with kid stroller. We found it was pricey with this kind of hotel

Perfect location, nice and clean rooms and friendly staff Breakfast was good but could be improved with more fruit and less fried options. Coffee was clearly reheated

The place was in a prime location, but still quiet at night. Super clean. Breakfast was great too. Great hosts. Will definitely return.

Great location, lovely food and staff. The shower wasn’t the best and the prices of the sunbeds do add up if you’re staying here a while.

I liked their breakfast. The young lady serving the breakfast had great customer service and always had a smile on her face. Strict rules on bringing in food and beverages.

- old town - less tourist - very good room cleaning, everyday - beachfront - waiters (girls) - owner - poor breakfast - morning coffee is not included in breakfast))) - when you pay for accommodation whit card, the owner charge extra 30eur or you can pay with cash without extra charges - in the middle of breakfast when we eating not warn breakfast, on 10:08 the owner asked for leave the hotel, because the check out time is 10:00

The hotel is next to the sea and is close to the boulevard. The airco did his job, which was very nice! You can order drinks and food from a beach bed. It has a balcony. You get new towels every day. When we checked in, the staff wasn't welcoming and we had to pay extra for the beachbeds, while this isn't mentioned when we booked. When we walked into the room, is was nothing like the photos. It was very old, things were broken and there is a reason why the bathroom is not on the photos, cause it was not okay. The toilet is in the shower, the shower doesn't work properly and everything gets wet unfortunately. The balcony was okay, but the airco was leaking on it, so the whole floor was wet. The breakfast is ordered and the portions are prepared, so if you're hungry, it's likely that you're not ably to eat enough.
