The breakfast was great, with lots of vegetables and fruits. The staff was very friendly.

Location is good, close to the beach, perhaps a 100m walk, surrounded by other hotels. The lady at reception recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner and that was definitely a winner. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, considering there were only a few guests at the time, with hot and cold options, fried eggs, crepes, nice coffee... Perhaps it was because it was off season but check in was a bit problematic, finding out the wifi password took a while and the room was missing some blankets and sheets. However the lady at the reception was very pleasant and tried to fix everything, her attitude was very good.

The hotel is amazing brand new with a great view of the sea. The staff is incredible they make you feel welcomed and like family. Mariana and her team of three other kind ladies help make your stay magnificent. Mariana suggested a great seafood restaurant which me and my girlfriend enjoyed. The hotel is 2 mins from the beach where you can relax and have a drink and enjoy the sea. The hotel also has parking which is convenient. The breakfast is filled with local goodies along with coffee, juice, and plenty of water. Mariana and her team will take care of you during your stay! And I definitely will be back! N/A I had no complaints.

Perfect hotel in Sarande

I loved my stay here, it's basic accommodations done perfectly. The staff were very friendly, my room (Double Room with Balcony and Sea View) was very clean and comfortable, the shower worked well, wifi was fast, breakfast was great, and the price was reasonable. The location is good, not too far of a walk from the port and right across the street from a good beach with a few beach clubs. Quick tip: I couldn't see the Summer Suites sign at first, it's easier to see the signs for Nemesis restaurant or 3B Suites (a different hotel with a different lobby in the same building, it's kind of weird) and Summer Suites is between those two. The included breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend the fried eggs! I didn't love having to order the night before, but the first morning I hadn't submitted a form and they still let me order. The second day I ordered ahead of time and I still got the feeling that I would be able to change the order a bit if I wanted, as the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. None of these would prevent me from staying here again, but: - there didn't seem to be any kind of do not disturb sign or other way to keep house cleaning from coming in the room. This wasn't an issue for me but if I was taking a nap or otherwise needed privacy this might bother me. - the interior of the building is very open, and a family staying on the floor above mine let their kids run around screaming, which was very loud even in my room - I couldn't get the safe to work

The hotel is still under development (for example the garage is not completed, the restaurant is not complete). However, they were able to accommodate the guest request.

It’s near beach, by walking a few minutes everything near supermarket and restaurants No facility like water just when arriving then they ask for money if we want water for dirks second day, no Napkins at rooms just in bathroom, and the mostly important the attitude was not good with us when did check out.
