Wonderful stay, highly recommend! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. On-site parking was perfect for our travel needs and the location provided easy access to major attractions and beaches. The service was superb, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help truly made a difference. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire visit. Five star rating. We will definitely be returning here for our next vacation. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience! There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Pick up from the bus station Location away from the centre. Pleasant cleaning staff. They only take cash. I paid the owner Nikos for my stay in Lek in the corridor outside my room. At the time I mentioned that I will expect some change - I didn’t have the correct money and put my faith that the owner/host would pay me the balance. I gave it a day or two then sent a message (via WhatsApp) as to the whereabouts of the balance owed (1,480 Lek / €14) Unfortunately, he said he didn’t know anything about it and just deposited the money (approx 22,400 Lek) in the bank. Now, any self respecting hotel management would have a proper accounts receivable and payable software. During our conversation Nikos said he would get back to me. Days passed and on the day of checkout (I’d already left) I received a text message as to whether I was happy with payment. I expressed I was not and that I was still owed the balance. He said he would pay the balance. I stated that the only way is to contact booking. He said he would. I have the evidence documented in a WhatsApp conversation. Well, after a week I messaged him to get an update. There has been ZERO response from him through WhatsApp. It’s not the money (I’d already written it off) it’s the sheer lack of professionalism, non existent customer service (there’s no reception) and greed. Who would have thought refusing to pay your guest their balance would be worth this review, yet here we are. Don’t bother staying here. It’s an unfinished apartment complex under the guise of a hotel. Stay elsewhere that takes card and is managed properly.

We had a great experience at Nikos Hotel and Apartments. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to the bus station and to the beach. Niko was very helpful host.

Kind staff at the location, they really helped as much as they could. The room was clean and the beds were fine. The airconditioning was dirty, we told the kind staff at location. We got to talk someone on the phone (who spoke English) and he got mad when we told him that our friend got sick because of the dirty airconditioning. The staff gave us a new room, where we cleaned the airconditioning filters our self. The shower drain didn't work well, we had to take breaks while taking a shower. It is a nice appartement but important to maintain it better.

Property is clean really organised not far from centre. There is private parking that’s really positive as central is really busy and parking is a issue. I have to mention that y he owner is really understanding and helpful as we went for just a night and we had to leave the room and the parking by 10am and when we asked them if we can leave the car parked in his parking during our 2nd day he had no issue and he allowed us to leave it as much as we want . It was absolutely great
