It is an excellent location with a beautiful view. It didn’t have a hot water heater in the room.

Breakfast was great, location was perfect, seaview room was lovely, and the staff were all really nice and friendly. The bathroom was designed poorly, there's a gap in the door so the bathroom floor gets soaked. Not a big deal, you can just mop it up with towels and the maids are very good at providing new towels :)

The staff was nice and friendly and really helpful. Also the view is worth everything. And he upgraded the room for us well. Soo happy with everything. Felt like things weren't prepared for us , we had to ask for everything like kettle . Mayb its an off season thing. But quite happy with everything.

The location was brilliant, spot on. The staff and the owner were very welcoming,attentive, helpful with their recommendations. I will not hesitate to pass the word to my friends and use this place again in the future. There was nothing not to like about this property

Great location and superb balcony overlooking the bay. The place doesn’t look like much from the lobby and the elevator ride up to the room, but the room was updated and very clean and comfortable.

Room was absolutely filthy with stains on the sheets and hair, sand and general dirtiness everywhere. There were dead ants on the wall that hadn't been cleaned up and the smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom nearly made me throw up. We asked them to clean the room again and change the sheets, which they did, but oveall the cleanliness was atrocious and the state of the hotel was poor. They only gave us one room key and when we asked for another they said no. Breakfafst was very poor but the view was nice.

The rooms were really clean and well-equipped, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the location was also perfect, I can only recommend this place to anyone staying in Saranda. A bus stop to Ksamil is also fairly close. -

The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is awesome, probably the best one in Saranda. The matress of the bed was super uncomfortable. We turned it, but still. The bathroom and the bacony were small, especially the bathroom. That s noone’s fault, but if you are a bigger person you can hardly fit there

LOCATION 10/10 FRIENDLY WELCOMING and HELPFUL STAFF. Cleanliness Daily room service. VIEW Floor 5 - the rooftop restaurant is located on 6th floor. Set up begins at 6am and every noise (scraping chairs etc) can be heard.
