Great location, rooms were nice, the owner was very helpful and kind

It’s our third time there, the rooms are so clean and the owner is soo nice and helpful The hotel is few minutes walking from everything ( center, port,and bus stations to other cities) !!!

The best Hotel in saranda!! The hotel have a really good location so close to the center by 5-10 min walk and it’s next to the port and the main bus station. The owner is one of the nicest people I ever met hesitated so nice and helpful and he will assist with anything u need, I highly recommend his hotel and I hope I will get the chance to go back again. Everything!!

The place was clean and the family that owns and runs the hotel are absolutely lovely.

Centrally located about 500m from the beach. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom was Big but with no bath curtain or glass. Host was very accommodating and provided parking, espresso and water and also let us do laundry Hot water took forever as it is solar powered. Bathroom with no exhaust fan and no bath curtain or glass door. No breakfast which is a major issue as there are no restaurants that serve a full breakfast. Only one on the beach. Property does not accept credit cards but host managed

The host is very hospitable and responsive, it was very easy to find the hotel, The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a short stay, The location is very close to the center and surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops, There used to be a bus stop that takes you directly to Ksamil but it has been moved to another location which is a 20min walk The curtains let in a lot of sunshine so if you’re a light sleeper you might need to wear sleeping eye mask

This was one of the most hospitable stays I ever had. The owner of the hotel is there the whole time a sweet old man. Super super nice. Room was clean and everything was the way it should be. Bot a fancy place but super homey, nice and affordable.

Great little place in a good location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Considering the central location the rooms were lovely and quiet for a good night's sleep. Perfect for all the restaurants, bars, the beach and the port. Special thank you to Ferdinand(Denis's father)..a really nice friendly helpful guy I can really recommend staying as this place and will be back. (Graham from England)

Another absolutely fabulous place to stay in Albania. Excellent communication with the owner on location and how to get to the accommodation from the bus stop. Very attractive place, super clean rooms, so comfortable. Great bathroom and shower, comfy bed and plenty of storage space, efficient aircon. Central location but really quiet. Just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the beaches. Owner was super kind and friendly- offering coffee and water in the mornings and kept our bags for us on last day until we were ready to go. A great place to stay in Sarande, definitely recommend. Nothing, all fantastic

Superb

The hotel is very clean, the airconditioning works great and the beds are comfortable. The location is also very nice, close to the beach and boulevard, but also around a corner so the noice is limited. Bit what made our stay amazing is the owner Fred (Ferdinand), he is super friendly and most welcoming. We would 10/10 recommend to stay here!

Exceptional

The location, the cold a/c, the big rooms, the free sweets, and the host was very nice. I recommend that the water pressure should be a bit stronger & adding a bin in the main room.

The host is the best , very helpful with great location and good rooms There were also sweets to take at the reception Parking is also available If one can dislike something, it might be the A/C , although it was good it can be better to be colder

We had such a nice experience staying here in July 2024. Rooms were modern, spacious, clean and with air conditioning. The host was lovely and friendly too- we were sad to say goodbye! The onsite parking was super helpful if you are using Sarande as a base to explore the riviera. The apartment is walking distance to the beach & ferry port (<5 minutes). Sarande boardwalk is only 10 mins walking. The accommodation was really well priced and we don’t have anything bad to say at all! Definitely recommend!!

I enjoyed very much staying at Deni’s hotel, the location was very very good, rooms are clean and beautiful but most of all the owner is in my opinion the most welcoming host that I have ever met, he is trying every time to make your stay good to give recommendations and they offered us coffee and cold water in very hot days. I definitely enjoyed and I would like to come back. Nothing to mention here

The property is well located, the owner was so very kind and generous offering coffee and cold water. The room had a good size, clean and with comfortable bed window view to the back alley but not really relevant for me as I was away most of the time. The price is still high compared to other places in Albania but reasonable compared to the cost i. Sarande
