The owner was very helpful ! The room was clean and perfect.

I love the staff always very helpful and nice! Let me check in early and helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs. Veryyyy good location, across from the port. Very walkable to anywhere. I walked from the port and when I left I walked to the bus stop. Convenient location. The only thing was not having an elevator so be cautious if you have heavy luggage. Also the shower could use a curtain I felt like I kept getting the floor wet. Other than that enjoyed my stay !

Location could not be better! A five-minute, convenient walk from the ferry (and the promenade, beach,) approx 10 minutes to Friendship Park, where the buses leave from. There is a great supermarket just up the street. Really clean and lovely little hotel. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, though we had a balcony overlooking the street, which was so nice to sit out on. Arbana greeted us and was very kind and responsive. Internet is a little choppy. A shower curtain or something could be nice to prevent the whole bathroom from getting soaked (but pictures are accurate so I knew this).

The hotel was located at the city centre and near the port and this was already so convenient for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was also clean and with a nice view. Would definitely come here again in the future! Nothing everything met our expectations

Excellent location for the port,promenade & shops. The owner Nick and staff member Kevin were lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. There is no lift and had heavy cases. Only fault I can say but not a major issue.

Close to port and main street Lady was super welcome, she even ofered us better room For some people it could be too loud because of the street, but if you are looking for property in the center, then this is the one!

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from ferry port and beach bulevard. Bus to Butrint leaves right next to hotel. Small but clean room with a big and nice balcony. Girl in the reception was extremely helpful and nice, thank you again! If there was some problem, she fixed it immediately. She also let us leave the luggage for a few hours after check out. Very hard and high pillow.
