Ortus Rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at Ortus Rooms. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect for us. The host was kind, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. When we experienced an issue with the water tank, it was resolved immediately, which we greatly appreciated. The terrace was another highlight. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or relax in the evening after a long day at the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Best location! The apartment is fantastic—clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need. The city center is just a short distance away, and the surrounding area is perfect with restaurants, grocery stores, and more right at your doorstep. The staff is great—very responsible and incredibly helpful in every detail. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Saranda ??!

Clean, good location (quiet street, supermarket nearby, close to the sea), newly furnished, air conditioning works perfectly, welcoming host. -

Everything was nice and clean. Very close to the beach. The staff were very helpful. I wish them all the best. There was nothing to dislike.

very beautiful and functional room, equipped with everything you need, exactly 80 meters from the sea. manage very kind and helpful, will make you feel at home, I recommend it if you are in the area and thinking of staying.

The room was clean, new, comfortable and had everything I needed. It was close to the port and Spar supermarket. Handy to have a kettle. While the location is convenient, the area wasn’t the nicest. A lot to construction and rubbish around (not that this is the fault of the owner) and view is onto other buildings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, close to beach bars, some supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries. The owner is super kind and helpful person. In general great value for money.

The room was new and clean with a nice balcony. Good position, close to the city centre but away from the noise. We struggled a bit to find the place, there’s no private parking, you need to park on the street.

Rooms are recently refurbished, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Quality beddings and towels. Quiet neighbouhood, walking distance from the promenade, and close to very good restaurants. Good wifi connection.

Good price, close to the beach, city center and bus terminal. Located in quiet district. Closs to cheap restaurants and Spar supermarket. Room has balcony but a view just to the street. Friendly and helpful staff. No reception, you need to call the staff to come to the hotel to open your room. Thin walls and you can hear your noisy neighbours all the night.
