First time here and I must say WOW!!! Room, amenities, service top notch. Can't wait to come back!

The property was so clean but more importantly was the staff! The staff was so friendly, attentive, and sweet! I would stay here again just because of the staff! They were all so amazing! The property was clean and beautiful! I would most certainly go back again!

Hermoso hotel la playa muy buena y todo muy céntrico

We had an amazing experience. From the free beach chairs everyday to the free ice cream by the pool and what a great location! This definitely is a great resort to stay at and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Which they have a free shuttle if you don't feel like walking. The area is great, the water is clear and we didn't want to leave!

Great experience!

Excellent beach, and very professional hotel staff; the housekeeping staff are exceptional.

Don’t stay in room 1101! We booked too late to get a beachfront view and had to settle for the “bay” view. But what this room had was a “roof” view, with a balcony whose total view consisted of a giant expanse of roof. Moreover, the restaurant vented its fumes up there, so it was so smelly as to be unusable. We really value our outdoor space in a hotel and were irked to pay over $600 per night for this. Soundproofing was also poor; the room has an adjoining door and we could hear a very vocal toddler next door at all hours as if he were in our room.

This property reopened after being closed due to hurricane damage. It is an excellent property- great location and easy access to the beach. Restaurants on the property are fine. A nice and relaxing stay.

The room was very clean, great job restocking complimentary water bottles each day. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Complimentary shuttle to and from St. Armands Circle all day. Adult only pool is a bonus! Good food, great atmosphere at the Tikki Bar. Only downside is that restaurant and bar close at 10:00 pm, after that there is no where to hang out for food and drinks.

Wonderful and clean!

Hospitality was amazing from welcoming to exiting. Room was clean and very well maintained and restocked with supplies each day. Pools were great along with the Tiki bar and food. Complimented van to restaurants and shops made it a totally relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience

Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, One girl at front desk quite rude. Everyone else lovely. Music too loud at tiki bar!
