Great place

Our room floor was dirty, the chair smelled like pee, our room smelled like wet dog, the tub had black spots on the wall and the wall of the shower flexes, the red message light on the phone would not shut off when I called the front office, I was told by the gentleman that he didn’t know how to turn it off. The one great thing was the wonderful lady that check me in, she was very nice, professional and knowledgeable!!

We stay here every year for father's day weekend. The staff is always friendly and amenities were clean.

Only complaint is the pool! It was green so there clearly was issues with it but instead of fixing it overnight, they fixed it during the day one day shut the pool down to guests & we had to go visit the place my son was staying at just to get cooled off in their pool. We were there for a baseball games our son had going on with Florida Gulf Coast League & hotel location was perfect to the fields where they were playing! Some people made complaints about construction going on but we were there from Friday night till Wednesday morning & there wasn’t any issues then with construction that I heard. I’d go here again for sure!! Tiki restaurant & the bands they had going on definitely made it worth staying there for sure!!

A decent place for the price. The rooms were clean, however; the showers and HVAC need updating. We had to change rooms due to the beds being very cold and wet from condensation. They put an air purifier in but the next day the filter needed to be replaced. There was no maintenance so Claudia from the front desk changed our room. She was very nice and helpful. Overall, it has a lot for families with kids. big arcade, free breakfast, pool and tiki bar with live bands. Close to the airport.

Great place to stay, very clean, great atmosphere, breakfast restaurant and lobby. Hotel room was very clean and staff was super friendly.

Front desk clerk didn't think it was necessary to chew and swallow her food before addressing me.., 4 times BTW. Very arrogant considering our age differences. Very old hotel with a weak upgrade attempt. Waterfront is a stretch. It's a small inlet marina, bay not visible from most if any rooms.

Me gusto mucho que mi havitacion estava limpia aunque lod 2 primero dia la picsina estava verde pero se solociono me huviera gustaron que en El area de la picsina tuviera sombrilla no hay quien este en la picsina por que hay mucho sol no puedes ni relaxation a su alrededor

Beautiful view Very outdated and humid inside of the rooms. The humidifier was full during my 3 day stay and wasn’t changed when they cleaned the room. The towels were really stinky and the place is just run down. All the money they put into the lobby should go into the rooms too

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I have to say that I have always been completely satisfied. Check-in is very fast, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. I would slightly improve the Wi-Fi speed and add some closets or wardrobes to the rooms so guests have more space for their clothes. The breakfasts are excellent, and Bruce’s attitude and hospitality are truly wonderful. Thanks to him, you really feel welcomed. The hotel is located next to the marina in a beautiful area, with a nice pool and pleasant seating by the water. Free parking is another big advantage. There is also a gas station next to the hotel, a Walmart nearby, and dozens of restaurants in the area. In my opinion, this is a great place to stay for a very good price.

The waterfront view was perfect and the restaurant is great. The rooms needed some updating and care. Everything was fine it was just very clear that it had been well used.

Tiki Bar food was good but loud music from live bands at night spoiled our peace and quiet. Good parking.
