Beautiful hotel with panoramic views. Staff over accommodating. Food could be hotter

The hammam at the spa was genuinely nice, and it was the only thing that made my stay even tolerable. WiFi: Completely useless. It never worked during my 5-day stay. I needed to buy an e-SIM for my phone, but without internet in the hotel, I couldn’t do it. This left me feeling very unsafe — if I went out and got lost, I would have had no way of finding my way back. I even asked a staff member if she could connect me to her personal hotspot so I could purchase one, but due to the language barrier, she didn’t understand me. In the end, I had no working internet the entire stay. Hot Water & Water Pressure: There was no hot water at all — showers were freezing cold. On top of that, the water pressure would completely disappear whenever someone else used it. I was left standing with shampoo in my hair and no water to rinse it out. Room & Facilities: The safe locker didn’t work, and when I pulled out the drawer, it came off in my hand. The indoor pool was “out of order” the entire time I was there. For a supposed 4 or 5-star hotel, this is just unacceptable. Food: The all-inclusive package felt like a complete trap. They clearly focus all their money on alcohol — since many tourists drink heavily — but cut corners on actual food and service. Breakfast was laughable, with chips served in the morning (likely leftovers). Dinner wasn’t better: meatballs and fish from the night before were recycled into curry the next day. No variety, poor quality, and no effort at all. I ended up surviving on chips, since the other options were cold, stale, or hard (like the hamburgers at the snack bar). Staff & Atmosphere: Apart from two employees, the staff were unfriendly, rarely smiled, and never greeted guests. It felt like nobody cared about service or hospitality, and the same exhausted faces were there every day.

BED BUGS FOUND!!! We have found bugs in our bed, I have attached a picture of the bug, you are able to identify the hotel by the lamp they have in the background. We did speak to the receptionist and pictures of our hands were taken full of bug bites. This is unacceptable for such high quality hotel. When I reached out to the hotel for an explanation, no one got back to me. This is by far the worst hotel ever! We have paid a lot of more in medical bills after staying at this hotel.

Great choice of food for short stay. Ample space around the pool. Loud music at pool area... not always the best!

Beautiful, bites to die for

Location is perfect, beautiful scenery near shops and centre. 15 min walk to the beach and the staff at the shops are lovely. Free shampoo always a plus. Good reception team I agree with the majority of the review in terms of this hotel being more of a 2/3 star than a 4. When we arrived the front reception team were very polite and helped us a lot… but this is far as it went. The reviews on the lady with the black hair are true, she is so, so rude and I am keen to say that wouldn’t ruin my holiday, but alas it did. You get stared at with horrible looks with everything you do. The bar staff are okay, but as long as they’ve finished their programme on their phone first before you want a drink. The panorama bar, the person behind the bar really does play the music so loud he can’t hear you ordering drinks, and even then you have to wait until their conversation is done. The staff do not wash their clothes I’m certain of it, same t shirt, same trousers day in and day out. The food is no existent, says a snack bar….but there isn’t? Got told off for ordering a burger from the kitchen. The buffet is so limited…if you like rice…it’s perfect! Late breakfast as advertised…isn’t at all, got to the late breakfast and they had already cleared most items away. Gym, snack bar, internet Cafe all advertised but not at this hotel? Sun loungers broken, rooms are dirty and battered.

We asked about other room , it’s has been refused saying that the hotel is fully booked / that couldn’t be true , as the hotel were very very quiet/ •The beach bar is a joke / the guys at the bar is constantly on the phone , asking you to pour your beer, it’s very decry dirty . •NEVER EVER even go to the toilet on the beach ?‍♀️ • WiFi only in the reception / restaurant if you’re lucky . •poor hygiene •bad management •The Coffe is awful

some of the staff were friendly the drinks were good no entertainment, food is awful, have to pay after 12 for drinks on all inclusive, owner/ manager horrible to guests place is dirty some of the rooms have bedbugs, no locks on bathroom doors, lights would randomly go off at times in the night at the whole hotel

We liked that it was close to the beach The food was not great at all, especially if you have any sort of dietary requirement. The hotel is old, dirty and run down. The hotel is at the top of a massive hill so if you want to leave you gotta climb back up or get a taxi.

We stayed in Sarigerme few times before, great location. Hotel is located on a hill and has nice views. Rooms were clean, room AC worked fine, breakfast was OK’ish. Staff well meaning but poorly trained. Where do I begin :( I side the room fridge was broken. Safely deposit box broken. Used dishes and glasses are all left throughout the hotel. When we arrived no beach towels. Many chairs around the pool broken, incredible to see so many lounge chairs broken and left there. No hot water in the room shower. Faucet water tasted salty and funny. Food is mediocre to say the least. It might be OK for high school kids or military but not for a hotel in Turkey. Tables dirty, not wiped between guests, flies all around the table. Music is controlled by a teenager that likes to flip through channels very loudly, annoying to say the least. No brand alcohol is served, seriously never heard of these brands. We paid for two nights but left after 20 hours. They wouldn’t refund us. The final problem/reason was elevators did not work for hours on this 6 floor hotel and my elderly parents had to walk 4 flights of stairs down to breakfast. There were people with wheelchairs stuck on higher floors :( Strangely no uniforms, plain clothes people walking around, maybe servers??? Especially there were few guys looked like mafia, (management??) walking/sitting in public spaces drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes, intimidating :( Turkey is beautiful, Sarigerme is wonderful. Do not give your hard earned money to these losers. So many nice hotels around Turkey.

- Food was alright, delicious. - Location of the property was good for transport to the sea. - Beach was good. - Especially from Panorama Beach bar there was Barış, who were a bartender who helped us to make most of this holiday for us so we want to thank him specially for this. - The cleannesses of the hotel was poor. Needed to be cleaner. - There was no electricity on our second day till the night which effected us. By not being able to get a lift specially with our lounges it was difficult. - The water that was coming out from shower was salted water which is not hygienic. - The building and the architecture of the building needed replacement. - Most hours of the day there wasn’t enough sunbeds/ lounge chairs which some people couldn’t place their beach equipments or had an opportunity to lay down in sunbeds.
