The quality of the food was not high standard, it was OK. The beach was great, sandy but always wavy.

I like the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and food variety. I didn't like the fry oil smell that filled the rooms every morning and evening while they were serving the food. The ventilation was poor. Also, I was not happy with the toiletry items (there are only shower gel and hand soap filled in a usable reusable container), I would prefer to have separate packages, better quality items and see the inside of the container.

The room was disappointing. Aside from dated interior with visible signs of constant repair, there was constant generator (or something similar) noise and the staff refused to move to another room . For this proce hard to understand.

- Perfect and clean food with delicious collection - Natural and location was adorable - spa was remarkable - watersports - I was Struggled with baby stroller from mandatory stairs , as I have 2 year old baby. they give me room 149 , as after you take elevator then you need to go up about 7 stairs then after 10 meter you have to go down with 2 stairs, in addition to 4 stairs inside the room ? . Which made a limitation of movement for me . As the next night I am request a new room but unfortunately the reception told me the hotel full . - i am requested an early check-In because i was so tired from airport trip , but it was not available therefore I wait for 4 hour’s until 2:00 pm is coming .

Most everything was excellent Mattresses and bedding could be improved. Also many many stairs, ıt is difficult for mobility challenged guests to get around.

Liked the location and friendly staff. Appreciated the greenery. Food was also delicious and well prepared. Like to have a gym and sea to swim readily available. The gym equipment would deserve an upgrade and more.

Great location, fantastic facilities Double bed wasn’t a double as had been ordered. Two beds pushed together and not particularly comfortable either.

Sport classes were the best - with a good regularity, different level, good atmosphere and location for exercises. Water sports benefits are the bonus - free kayaking for example. The staff absolutely unfriendly and never trying to help with your problems, they gave us the worst room ever for a three week and ignored all my request to change it. We stayed with a 6-month old baby but the room was as nosies as possible and only with shower, no bath - it was very inconvenient to wash the baby. For the administration - please do not waste you time and write me a comment "we are so sorry you are dissatisfied with you stay", you have had a three weeks to demonstrate you indifference and totally ignorance of my problem. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
