Excellent staff, they are super helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and the hotel is very clean. Kudos to the photographers Renan and Ramazan, they are the best. Book a photoshoot with them you won't regret it. Baby lift- I hope they built a ski escalator next season.

-Newest hotel at the mountain. Better facilities and interior design compared to other hotels at the region. -House Keeping was great. Room was clean on time everyday. -Restaurant & Bar staff very attentive. -Spa facilities were amazing. Nice gym. Also very good massage therapists. -Only good cook was a lady by the oven that was making Lahmacun. Good thing she was there. -Close to the slopes. Almost all the other hotels are in the same location. Still a positive. -Driver had wrong information about our plane landing. So we had to wait for transfer, it was sorted out. Not a huge inconvenience. I was little bit annoyed by the call center, they questioned that I had the wrong information about the flight hours... -Ski Room is poorly managed. Slopes open at 8:30 am. And staff is not there when you go to get your ski pass. Even though I told the reception 3 times. They couldn't do anything about it. -Meals quality was average at start. Then it got bad day by day. Probably because there was less guests than they expected. They were trying to serve same deserts left from couple days ago. Good thing there was a lady at the oven cooking fresh Lahmacun. Last couple days were the worst. -At checkout they had a foodservice charge 640,00 TL which was not mine. After we checked the bill, we found out it wasn't my signature or name. Even though these kinds of mishaps can happen, I didn't like that we had to wait for the waiter and he had to confirm it was not me... -To sum up; if you want to go to the hotel with best rooms and facilities(spa/pool) choose this hotel. But if you go there for ski/snowboard, and care about food there are better options at the mountain. Also cheaper options I might add.
