Best view overlooking Sarti and olive trees. Also tucked into the hill side away from town so it was very peaceful and relaxing stay. The room had all amenities to make it feel at home to prepare meals and relax in the patio.

Clean and quite property. Surrounded by nature and an incredible view of mount Athos from your private patio. Close to the amenities. The host is extremely helpful and friendly. They even let me stay few hours more without any charge which provides almost one more day in Sarti. The double bed was too soft, it’s my personal choice though. I can’t blame them.

We loved it here! The view is spectacular, we could not think of skipping any of the seven sunrises above Athos. The host was very warm and did everything to feel like home. We even got breakfast served on our private terrace because on one morning there were a few rain drops. Very good and plenty of food, like homemade gems, homemade pastry and fresh fruit every morning. We already recommended this place to all our friends and family. Thank you, Yannis and his family for making our stay perfect!

The curtain was not blocking very well the light in the morning resulting in making you wake up.

Quiet location with an amazing view, very kind hosts, and a tasty breakfast. We will be coming back definitely!

The location is 5 min from the centre by car. The view and the pool were very nice and the owner was kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Big room nice pool beautifull view great hospitallity VFM Great breakfast Great location, away from overcrowded Sarti Village and on the center of Sithonia (county) Pristine beaches in less than 30 minutes by car The only concern we had in our hole stay was the morning sun. The curtains of our room, that had a wonderful east view, lacked blackout properties and the result was having a pretty bright room around 9AM. We didnt mind that much though because we programmed early beach trips every day, but for late sleepers that will be an issue.

The staff was very polite and always eager to meet our needs!

Magnificent views of the surrounding area and Mount Athos. Location is trully beautiful and peacful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The familly that owns the place is very helpful and kind. Pool area was a bonus in the afternoons. Rooms were big and spacious, beds were comfortable, all basic equipment was provided. We will come back! Mosquito nets in the windows could be replaced with new ones

Accommodation was in a stunning location among olive groves - around 10 mins walk to beach, 20 to town centre. Breakfast was generous, including homemade jams and cakes/ pastries. Giannis was super welcoming, and organised a birthday cake for my partner's birthday. Definitely recommend! It's a fair walk to town if you're not good on your feet, around 20mins, but we quite enjoyed the walk through the olive groves!
