Very small and old rooms

From the moment we entered the apartment, there was an extremely strong diesel smell that remained throughout our stay. The odor was so intense that it caused us headaches and nausea, and we were unable to sleep properly because of it. These are simply unacceptable conditions for any accommodation. We reported the problem to the host immediately, but he showed no willingness to resolve it or offer an appropriate solution. As a result, we had to contact Booking for assistance. The situation became so bad that, on top of everything else, we were forced to pay extra and move to a different room, even though we had already paid for our original accommodation. Not only did we fail to receive what we had paid for, but we also had to incur additional expenses because of a problem that was entirely beyond our control. In our opinion, this accommodation should never have been offered to guests in this condition. We expected a clean and safe place to stay, but instead we were given a room where it was impossible to stay comfortably due to the unbearable diesel smell. Based on our overall experience, we cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Close proximity to the beach, and has its own beach bar Hand soap dispenser was empty, and there were no shower shampoo or body wash. Not a big deal- we had our own. There should be a non-smoking area at the dinning area where we were having our breakfast.

Receptionist , management, and room. Day before arrival I find room, they said ground level view on garden. We got underground room with no view, no windows and no way to refund money. I had to point as fraud to my bank and booking to get money back. Only day light was glass door no mosquito net (hotel is bordering to swamp so a lot of them). Entrance is underground one meter and 3 sides walls under balcony so there was no light in room in noon. I asked Receptionist same day to change it to better, she said all is full. I asked OK then i pay for tonight but asked to refund 4 days i will leave tomorrow morning. She become so rude and aggressive, and told me its payed and i can leave but i cannot get my money. I asked for manager it was 9pm she said he is not there, i asked to see hem morning she said he will be there. Morning tomorrow rude receptionist was there she said she never promised manager she said maybe i can talk to him and if i want i can leave but they wont refund money. We took pictures recordings we left and complaint was accepted buy bank and booking.

Great location, good facilities, tasty breakfast, very kind staff. It was just a perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

We arrived really late and seeing we were not there, the hotel called to check on us and inform us how to get the key. The reception lady was really professional as well as Mr Thassos which expected us. The room was very modern. Shower with good water preasure. Breakfast was really nice with home made jam which my husband enjoyed very much. There were different options daily. The gardin is something we did not expected but it was like an oasis of plants. Beach bar had free beach chairs as long as you bought something. We ended up having lunch and the blonde server was also really friendly and polite. Didn t used the pool but looked cleaned. Parking spaces plenty. Tv easy to operate. Balcony good size and Ac fully functional. Beach is sandy. Instead of instant coffee machine, a brewing one would have been nice

The property exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and is surrounded by a superb garden very well taken care of. The pool is also nice. The breakfast offers a large range of quality products, sweet and salty and changes something every day. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The beach is literally across the street. N/A

When we booked, we didn’t know the room would be on the ground floor. The photos on Booking.com show renovated and modern rooms, but ours was small, old, and had an unpleasant, musty smell. The fridge was very old and scratched, and the mosquito net didn’t work. Since the hotel is close to a canal, we had to keep the door shut to avoid mosquitoes – which made the room extremely hot, especially since the bathroom window didn’t open either. Cleanliness was below expectations.For our good luck we stayed only one night but for the price we paid the room was definitely not worth it

We only stayed for one night on our way to another destination but the hotel was comfortable and the staff was very nice. Hotel has a beautiful garden and nice pool and the location is quite good with easy access to restaurants. -AC was quite noisy to sleep with
