Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were absolutely lovely - cheerful, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. It really makes a difference when the hosts are this kind and welcoming. We stayed in a room on the first floor, so we didn’t have a sea view, which was a small disappointment - but to be honest, we still loved it because of the spacious terrace with a table and soft cushioned chairs. It was a perfect spot to relax. One thing we really appreciated was the ceiling fan - even in July, it kept the air moving nicely, and we didn’t even need to use the AC. That was such a nice surprise. The room also had a small fridge, a stovetop, and a coffee machine, and everything was clean and fresh. You can tell the place is well cared for. There’s parking available (three spots), and we had no trouble finding one. Also, just a short 3-minute walk away, there’s an excellent restaurant - probably the best in town, both in terms of quality and prices. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and we’d happily come back! A couple of small things that could be improved (nothing that really affected our holiday, but worth mentioning). The bathroom sink was a bit clogged, so the water didn’t drain properly - just something that could use a quick fix. Also, the hotel is located up on a hill, which gives it a peaceful feel, but might be a bit tiring to walk back from the beach, especially in the heat. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to know in advance - having a car definitely makes things easier.

Everything was almost perfect! We had a ground floor room with a view of Mount Athos, a large terrace, and everything was clean — both when we arrived and throughout the stay. (You can have the bed linen and towels changed according to your preferences.) We received a warm welcome from the hosts, who were very communicative and friendly; they guided us to the most beautiful beaches on the Sithonia peninsula. The breakfast is not very diverse, but we have to understand the Greek style, so that’s neutral for me, didn’t liked it, didn’t disliked it. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and the noise made by the neighbors can be disturbing in the evening or in the morning

Hosts Vasilli, Kim and Anastasia were super nice and makes us to feel at home. The room was large, clean and naturally cool. The hotel is also centrally located, minutes away to the town center. Small detail hotel has also its own private parking which was great. Thanks a lot again for your great hospitality.

Perfect view from room, Wonderful, polite and helpful friends Vassilis and Kim, i will never forget your help. I forgot my car keys at thessolaniki, Vassilis was passing near thessolaniki and he went to autopark, took my car key from autopark. Room is very clean and sees the sea .Very nice breakfast, daily cakes from Kim ?

Vasilis and Kim are the sweetest and kindest people you could ever meet. They go out of their way to help you with anything you could possibly ask for They know the greatest locations to swim, eat and anything to make your stay perfect. We stayed 4 days and felt like heaven. Can't wait to go back Xxxxx Nothing!

Kim and Vasilii were the best hosts. They made us feel very comfortable during our stay in Sithonia. The hotel has the beautiful wiews to the Mount Athos with amazing sunrise early morning. It was easy to get to the hotel by car and enough parking, few minutes walk to the town center. Lovely breakfast with every day freshly baked cake by Kim, home made yummy jam, fresh fruit... Would go back again!

Our stay was perfect, the room and the terrace are very spacious, everything is new, clean and comfortable, the area is quiet, a few minutes walk from the center. Kim and Vasilis are perfect hosts, they thought of every detail, kind and pleasant, always there for all the information. Private parking space, fast internet, good breakfast. We hope to come next year as well. There is nothing we didn't like.

The room was very spacious. The hosts were really nice and they made sure that we always had daily cleaning and fresh towels. The internet was surprisingly fast and stable, also we really enjoyed the balcony. We appreciated that we had a private parking spot. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom and the tap water was slightly brown, obviously with questionable quality. Within the price we also had a breakfast included, which unfortunatelly was very limited, both in quantity and variety.

Greenhill is located 3 minutes walk from the centre, but in avery quiet neighbourhood. The room was wide and clean. Vassili, Kim and Diana are the ideal hosts, super kind and helpful, they know how to make you feel at home! We had a great time!

Our accommodation unit had the most beautiful view in Sarti. We had 2 terraces. A large terrace overlooks 3 sides. One side has a view of the parking and the mountain. The second side has a view of the sea and Athos. The third side has a view of the sea and Sarti. The architect of the building designed and fitted the apartments very well. The space is excellently used. The owners are kind and welcoming
