The building is new, clean and well maintained. The rooms are very small and bathrooms as well, however the location and the maintenance are great. We were surprised to see that we got all sheets and towels changed on day 3 of our 5 day stay. Not that we didn’t like anything just a suggestion - it would be great to communicate where and how to find the key to the room prior to arrival - as there was nobody at the property when we arrived and we had to call to get the instructions. Not a problem for us personally but there were guests that arrived and had no clue where to go and what to do.

Great location, friendly staff, and the owner is always there to help. Very clean building overall, and it looks quite fancy. Everything was just a 2-minute walk from the apartment city center, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The terrace was also lovely. The toilet is a bit smaller than expected. The Wi-Fi was either solid or nonexistent. They have good Wi-Fi coverage, but the internet speed can range from around 30 Mbps to as low as 1 Mbps.

The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. Great placing in the city as it was not noisy from the streets in the same time close to any kind of shops. There is no parking close, you can park in front but for the whole building there are only places on the street which can get quite crowded and you need to park sometimes very far away and with kids it's not pleasant at all. AC's are placed instead on top of the window frames they were pointed towards the bed and you can't sleep with AC on as you can get ill. The rooms didn't have any ventilation and the air in the room gets quite stuffy and you need to open windows even in the heat to ventilate the room as the framing on the glass doors in the bathrooms were not sealed and all the moisture escapes freely in the room.

Локацията. The rooms are very, very noisy. There is noise from the corridors because the bathroom doesn't have ventilation and there is hole to the corridor. The AC is locked, when you open door it stops. When you leave the room it stops, so if you want to be cool inside you need to close and wait inside....absolute nonsence. Definetly the price is not OK for that studios.

I want to say this is so much better irl than it even looks on the pictures! I've worked as a house keeper before so I always notice small things but here everything was exceptionally clean. We were in a two bedroom and in each room there was a separate bathroom with everything you need inside for cleaning as well which helps with sand from the beach. There was also a mini fridge in each room and in the one with the kitchen there were all the kitchen tools you could possibly need to cook yourself something. The location is perfect right next to the beach and the town centre and just perfectly outside of it so that you don't have people walking past your room. There was ac in both rooms as well. The person who welcomed us was also very friendly and always rushed to come help us with something if we needed and we could stay in contact with him whenever we needed him. There is a parking right on top as well so if you don't find any parking on the street because it is very tight and also for safety reasons (our car got brushed on a corner) you can park it on the car park and it's very close. Only thing I would say which isn't event about the property itself is that the best beaches are on the other side of the town, however if you go outside of the town there are great beaches there so that doesn't really matter. Would also highly recommend the restaurant at the beach right next to it, it's beautiful and really great service and food!!!

The room was clean and new provided with clean towels and sheets. I loved that there is room cleaning mid-stay. Very friendly staff. Great location. Great and stable internet. Parking can be a problem, especially in high season.

very clean, owner is kind and fluent in english, good location, 30meters distance from beach, good tavern on the beach, alongside beach is good jogging path with view, 50 meters from Sarti square .

The location of the property is just perfect! Right in the center of the city, next to the beach. The property itself is very clean, with everything you need in it. We liked absolutely everything about it!
