Super clean, friendly, quiet, comfortable. Generous and great value breakfast. Close to the Via Francigena trail and town. Nothing, everything was great.

No breakfast offered Only two towels and two cups. Had to ask for extra cup and towel

The property is an old fashioned lodging. Close to the motorway which makes it convenient but it’s 7 min drive out of the town. There’s a train track near the house so you do have overnight trains coming through. Not sure if it’s a B&B. We were told breakfast wasn’t included after we came down for breakfast. Although they display the signs of being a Bed & Breakfast. They probably have been good in the past until 2020, but not so much now. Good if you need private parking. Not clear what this lodging is about. The place is old and needs renovating. There was a loose floor tile in our room.
