House keeping they very well cleaning the room and they are very nice. The front desk staff are very friendly with the people. It’s a good hotel for families

Room size is a bit small. Not convenient to city center. A bit expensive for what you get.

The dinner was very good. I at tuna , it was delicious . the breakfast was also very good

Wifi signal in my room was low

My preferred location in Sassari. Comfortable rooms, seemed recently renovated, reasonably sized, nice control of temperature, convenient and silent. It is all there, even if not luxurious, you will miss nothing. Continental breakfast was also nice nothing really is everything quite ok.

Friendly staff to check us in. Nice breakfast. Very clean. Nice little garden at the front. The restaurant was closed, it was. Sunday so not much open. This forced us to walk the neighbourhood looking for somewhere to eat. Unfortunately, the neighbourhood was not pleasant.

Everything was superb, we were very happy with the hotel. The mattress is very uncomfortable, so we were not able to get a decent sleep. They definitely need to update the mattresses and pillows.

The room was quite big and clean. If you have a car, the location is great for exploring the island. Plus for free parking. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. You can hear all the noise from the room next door and the hallway. The air conditioning in our room was broken and every day we had to ask the staff to reset it - then it worked for a few hours. The breakfast selection was really limited. The hotel looks old even after renovation.

Very friendly staff, speaking good english. Great balkony (huge). Breakfast was pretty great. The beds were pretty comfortable. WiFi connectivity is strong and the bandwidth is fast. There are plenty parking lots available. The price was more than fair - I will definitely come back. -

Very nice breakfast. I was allowed in my room very early on a hot day. The staff found a safe place for my bike. All of the comments about the sound proofing are true. You can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you. Do not stay on the 1st floor above the vending machine. A bunch of drunk guests use it all night. It is very loud with the noise of falling dispensed items echoing (and drunks slamming the access door) up the stairs and waking you up all night. Hotel management has kindly provided seating right next to the machine so drunks can sit comfortably while having their lively discussions. Staff don't seem concerned when alerted to this situation.
