I was given a detached bathroom. It was indeed private, but was not attached to the room, which was not made clear in the listing. Also, the shower facilities were not in good condition, with parts falling off and water leaking on the floor.

Comfortable and clean apartment. The breakfast are quite simple - no fresh food, just some ready to eat pre-packed croissants and donuts.

I could not find the correct bins to throw my pizza, so I'd like to apologize for leaving it next to sink, it wasn't nice of me. I'm pretty sure they were there, but I was a bit tired and I didn't see them.

It was quiet, clean and efficient I was a little hesitant at first because there was not physical contact with the management, other than telephonically. But then everything went smooth.

The bed and room itself were comfortable. At first we made a mistake in the self check in and entered in the wrong room (ours was the “green” and not “grey”), but it seemed to have all the characteristics we booked. However, when the other guest arrived and we went to the correct room, it was not at all what we expected: the bathroom was external and quite far from the room. The shower was clogged. Moreover, we booked a room with an “extra-large double bed” which was two single beds put together… The host wasn’t very helpful on the phone and said she “didn’t speak English very well”. The worst was that we were woken up at 9 am with a staff member opening the door to our bedroom without even knocking!! The breakfast was not good (pictures) - awful coffee, and only packed snacks (cakes, croissants and simple toasts).. no fresh bread, no cheese or butter.. :/ Very disappointing !!

The accomodation was nice, breakfast was okay too. It's prepacked breads/baked goods, jam, butter, nutella, coffee. The B&B is approx. 12-15 min walk from the city centre, 25-30 from the train station, quite in a good neighbourhood. The communication with the host was quick and smooth, although they spoke only Italian. They even offered a b etter rooms for us, which was really nice. The room is clean, the AC is working, the bed is comfortable. The room is not big, but if you just want to spend the nights there, it's perfect. The breakfast could be more various, but I'm satisfied with this as well. The communication would be easier if the host could translate their messages before sending, but we managed to communicate and that's the most important.
