The evening dips in the thermal pool were so special! The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast cappuccino’s were a nice bonus! .

Nice view Strong smell of sulfer, overwhelming really. Very old plumbing, inadequate A/C. We left after one night. Paid for two.

The pool was great and super hot. The hours are long and it was all we needed to relax. Highly recommend comparing to the so cold hot springs around, that was beautiful but not so hot, so we really just stayed at the hotel pool feeling lucky. The showers are very small, we are not too big so didn’t bother us.

They should do a little work with people about some rules of staying in this water, as my mother wasn’t instructed and didn’t too much time in the water which cause problems with her blood pressure

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing which surprised me as some reviews here rate as average. You really don't need to leave this hotel, the natural hot pool and amenities are the icing on the cake, with in house, massage and restaurant which is reasonably priced and delicious home style Tuscan cooking. I'll be back for sure.
