Lovely location and view. The bed was the best we have slept on in Italy! Breakfast was delightful. And the discount on the Saturnia waterfalls parking was much appreciated. And Serena was lovely.

We had personal check-in, the location is great, close to town and to thermal baths, The host was hospitable, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. All was perfect.

Charming little bed-and-breakfast, nestled in a charming locale. Plenty of greenery and nature. We were on the top floor, but only two sets of stairs to get there. There are rooms on the first floor, so if you don’t want to carry up your luggage, ask for those. Not a huge place I think they were like 10 rooms. No one is usually at the reception desk, but they leave instructions for you to open the door and get to your room. Very quiet. The contact person for the B&B was very responsive whenever I contacted them. Breakfast was very nice, typical Italian.

The location is excellent, it is so beautiful. Super close to the village and to the waterfalls. Parking was possible on the spot, room was comfortable, wifi although they advise it might be wobbly was very strong for us, breakfasts were delicious, AC working very well, water pressure great, big shower, pet friendly. There was very informative tourist guide in our room, which was great. You can purchase olive oil that's made by farm owned by one of the receptionist which is so cool. (there were also other goods, all good prices :)) The only downside was unfortunately one of the domestic cats just had an adorable kitten and although she was super friendly towards people she was very territorial and aggressive towards our dog :( he got attacked when we were trying to get from the main door to our car. Next time we always carried him inside instead. It wasn't big deal for us and it was still 10/10 stay but I thought I might mention it for other dog owners so they look out for them :)

Property was beautiful with great location

Out room was next to the entrance, we could hear everyone going in and out. There was nobody at the reception to greet us. We had no electricity in the bathroom and in a good part of the room, I texted the owner, she did not reply we had to use our phone to make light. My daughter's bed was full of ants, she ended up sleeping with me.. the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was far from exceptional. I would not stay there again..

The breakfast was great, with friendly service. My children LOVED the three kittens on the property and spent as much time as they could time holding them. They also loved exploring the yard. This is a comfortable, clean, safe, and cute bed & breakfast where we got a good night's sleep. We would have loved to stay longer but this was just a stop-over driving from Rome to Florence. Very close to the hot springs. Also recommend hiking to the medieval city of Sorano just 40 minutes away. The wall in the shower stall was not tightly sealed so water leaked onto the floor. But they said they are aware of it so I am sure they are about to fix it.

There were bugs in the room all the time. There was annoying dog who makes a big noise every morning. The breakfast is quite simple.

I would like to thank you for the lady who was at breakfast, the food was very delicious and every day she changed and added new food. She was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. She has a high standard in hospitality. The garden is full of beautiful flowers and the location is very close to Saturnia and also not so far from Cascate del Mulino. Very beautiful location, I will be back in the future ? -
