Quiet and peaceful location in the Tuscany countryside. Family room was clean and tidy. The host is quite an Italian character, really friendly lovely ladies , the cat of theirs was quite popular with the kids. The pool was nice Breakfast was limited in choice. The room of the next door guests was very close so noises and talking will be heard. Although WiFi is only in common areas, this did not work properly and you have to be literally close to the reception to get any decent signal, a small inconvenience I guess if you are looking to access WiFi for any urgent work

Cozy spot in the Tuscan countryside. Uphill on a bluff overlooking some vineyards, the entire place is surrounded by them. Nice pool and the breakfast was quite satisfying and staff quick to refill. Friendly & great service. Saturnia Hot Springs is short comfortable drive away. Bathroom was spacious but no shower curtains or barriers to prevent the overspray, you kind of had to shower as if you’re taking a bath sitting in the tub to avoid the floors from getting soaked.

Beautiful property! We only wish we could have stayed more than one night. Only issue was if you copy and paste the address listed on booking.com it takes you to a different property in Saturnia.

Villa is located in super good location with amazing panorama views. The building looks amazing, good breakfast, Im very pleased with stay here. Highly recommend. Access via pave road made car dirty - this is the only disadvantage. But the view from villa is worth to come here.

It is only a 15 minute drive from Saturnia pools. And the view was nice. I dont even know where to start! The staff only speaks italian and they do not even try to understand what a guest wants. At some moments they are downright rude - on the second night we wanted to dine in, but one lady from staff threw us out even tho no reservations or anything like that is needed (we found out when we wanted to find out what is going on and found one person in kitchen who speaks English) Overall the place is rundown, some of the outlets do not work, shower door gets stuck. Locations description does not match reality - our room did not have the other bed as in description and the fridge was outsdie the room! On top of that we did not feel safe there, because the key was as simple as they come - I am sure it could be unlocked with any other key!

Lovely vibe, great ambiance, very serene. Pool was lovely and property felt very homey. Close to the famous hot springs if you have a car Initial confusion about where to go on arrival and trying to locate someone to check us in. Aircon didn’t work super well and would’ve been good to have a full length mirror

The facility is great. Lovely swimming pool open until 23:30 Breakfast was good, but the organization can be improved

Very family oriented. They seemed to know many of their guests, which says good things about them, but left us feeling a bit like ouysiders.

The setting is absolutely beautiful. You would not be able to ask for a nicer view. It was clean and was in very good condition. We arrived on a Sunday which is not ideal as it's the day of rest for the folks there. So we weren't prepared properly. I needed milk for my tea, being Scottish,. The lady on reception didn't speak English and my Italian is limited. I was trying to ask for milk for my tea but she thought it was for her to make me tea. We got there in the end, she made me a pot of tea and I got my milk. I did feel terrible as it was her day off, I wasn't asking her to make tea, I just needed milk. We had travelled a few hours and I needed a cuppa after the crazy driving of the Italians. We did eat out in the Saturnia village that has the hot springs. This was a lovely novel place to visit. The property is absolutely lovely and has a beautiful feel to it. I would have stayed longer in a heartbeat if we weren't booked in to somewhere else. We loved it there. The air conditioning unit wasn't putting out cold air. The room was still quite warm when the unit was on. It probably needs new gas or whatever it needs to make it cold. I'm no expert on air conditioning.

WOW, what an amazing country estate, surrounded by vineyards and the hills of Tuscany, absolutely beautiful poolside area to bask in the afternoon sun or the dinner outside to watch the sunset with home cooked meals and a bottle of red from their own produce. Very nice breakfast too. Loots of parking at the property.

They let us check in earlier and were very kind overall. Free easy parking on site. Cheaper options around the area. I booked last minute so I didn’t have a lot of options.
