The pool and amenities were some of the best parts of the property. Having filtered water available throughout the hotel was a nice touch, and the bar service was excellent. The only downside was the customer service during check-in. The staff member assisting me came across as rushed and unfriendly. I noticed that my stay included a complimentary drink, so I asked if I would redeem it at the bar. She replied, “No, you’ll get it here at the desk. We have two choices—what do you want?” The interaction felt abrupt and unwelcoming, so I decided to pass on the drink. It also looked like the drinks had been sitting out for quite some time, which didn’t make them very appealing. Aside from the disappointing check-in experience, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and I would consider staying here again.

The location was perfect for walking and exploring. The check in was easy and included a complimentary cocktail. The rooftop pool was fun and they do smores by the pool area fire pit every night. Rooms were nice. Staff was kind. Had dessert at the bar one night - excellent food and service. 10/10 would stay here again!

Excellent location, gorgeous room, with very comfortable bed. Shower lacked much in the way of power. We were aware it welcomed dogs, but as non dog owners, be aware that does mean lots of dogs in the lobby!

The hotel was clean and the ascetics was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping freshened it up daily. the tv was in and out constantly that was the only bad thing I could say about the entire stay. the location is perfect, I didn't have to take my car out, as I could walk anywhere within 10 minutes. Can't express again how pleasant and accommodating the staff was from check in to check out. I was unaware of the $33 a day fee (don't remember that being mentioned at check in), Definitely would stay there again.

This hotel was okay. The location is questionable with many locals and/or homeless lingering day and night in the square right across street. The bar and restaurant were nothing to write home about at all. Service was good l, both front desk and valet staff. Valet $50 per day! That’s robbery in my opinion. So make sure to add another $200+ to your stay if you have a car. I would not stay in this City Market area again, at night it’s just too iffy for me. I saw so many 10/10 reviews and decided to stay here but not sure why 10/10 I would say 7/10 not a bad place just didn’t like location though it is very walkable to everything.
