The valet staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. On checkout day they were able to pull our vehicle up and keep it to the side while we grabbed lunch before hitting the road home.

Awesome room. Needed assistance with the automatic curtains and they were fixed within 15 mins of being reported. AC worked great. Shower pressure not so good but still great experience

The place is well maintained. Its beautiful. The location is close to everything. The room was very clean. The beds are comfortable. Great service. Everyone was friendly. Valet parking was easy & convenient. Breakfast was not included.

Our stay was great walking distance to everything in downtown, and fantastic restaurants. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly so they did move us to another room. But other than that, our stay was great.

The location of the hotel was great and it was very quiet and clean. I would like options for rooms with a balcony or facing the main road!

Your greatest asset was your lovely concierge, I believe her name was Bert! So helpful so lovely! The coffee pot it the room was broken other than that it was a lovely stay and trust me the coffee pot wasn’t important

Clean and well maintained Our room was facing Bay St and was EXPOSED NOISY. On a weekend night it is VERY difficult to sleep.

The location was great and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved waiting on the couches in the lobby with a coffee waiting for my husband. It felt very homey. The rooms were perfect-beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern.

The hotel is in the perfect location for enjoying the historic district. Parking was simple and any time we needed our vehicle, valet had it sitting and waiting for us. The room was very spacious as compared to others we have stayed at in the historic district. It was very well maintained and extremely clean. If using the hop-on, hop-off trolley, there is a trolley stop right outside the hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the noise from City Market was very audible on weekend nights. By Sunday night, though, when crowds had left after the weekend, we heard nothing. We will most definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for my son’s engagement celebration, it was so convenient and really nice place to stay. Only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast wasn’t too great and extra charge but lots of other options nearby.

Parking was too expensive and subcontracted by the hotel. Staff was not friendly or accomodating to our needs/ requests
