My husband and I stayed 8/13 to 8/16 and it was amazing. This is truly a one of a kind hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and always offered help and asked of there was anything they can do to make our stay better. I was on the elevator with one of the managers and mentioned we were there for my husband's birthday and he surprised us with a bottle of champagne and cupcakes in our room when we got back. The hotel is a bit pricey but woth it for sure! Highly recommend!

My room was comfortable and well maintained by Rosemarie, housekeeping staff., I really enjoyed the variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment available right at the property. The rooftop restaurant views and overall ambiance were definitely highlights. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Makaila and Makenzy. The hotel felt upscale while still being relaxing and enjoyable. My only complaint is that there isn’t an ice machine on the 6th floor. I was told that the bar staff at the pool would provide ice. When I asked for ice, one of the bartenders said I could go down to the third floor because it will be a while before she could get to me. She was standing right in front of the ice machine behind the bar. I would definitely recommend the JW Marriott Plant Riverside District to anyone visiting Savannah. I look forward to staying here again!

The rooms face in words if that makes any sense so there is a risk of it being a little bit loud, but we actually didn’t have any problems. It’s just something that I could see as a potential negative. Otherwise this place is amazing and I’m giving it five stars because it’s such an interesting decor and great location.

JW Marriott is a wonderful place to stay. I had the ocean view and I enjoyed seeing the ocean in the morning and late evenings. Also watching the ships pass through and the Georgia Queen Steamboat sailing through right on the river walk. Yes I will visit back again and stay at that same Hotel.
