Did a One night stay August 22 to the 23rd. The location is great about, a 15 minute walk to the River St. The accommodations was clean except for the lounge couch. It was very dirty. Had a lot of spots on it. I refused to sit on that. I think that is an easy fix if they would just get someone up there and clean it other than that, everything else was clean, the beds were OK. The bathrooms were clean upon leaving. They had one elevator out, but I wouldn’t change the rating for that. We had breakfast that morning simple easy breakfast nothing to really say exceptional about but convenient overall I would probably stay there again.

Location Very impersonal experience. Staff not great. Lobby too basic. The whole place is very unappealing. Was expecting more for the price.

The valet parking and due to limited space on the street it was a good service. The dominos driver took 2 and half hours to deliver.

Our stay was just okay. I was pleased with how clean it was but although the staff was helpful, the process for valet was somewhat convoluted. Only 3 cars max can fit in the space in front of the building so I getting your car parked was frustrating. However, the valet was very kind and polite; and receiving my vehicle to leave was convenient. Our refrigerator didn’t work, there are no fans in the bathrooms, and half the pictures I was shown as being the room we booked was not the room I was given (I primarily chose it because it had a balcony in the picture), the DirectTV and connection for the television wasn’t working either. Thankfully the staff changed our room and we had a better time in the second room. I enjoyed my time overall but would probably choose a different hotel experience next time.

The valet is inefficient. Three times we tried to get our car. Three times nobody did.

Everything was excellent for the most part! The hotel staff was very accommodating to me, considering that I had an injury. The only downer was the valet. The first day the valet was on point but the next day and the day of departure was very sucky. It took forever to get the car and the valet was just sitting around and we were waiting on our car. Other than that, everything was great and I definitely will stay again.

Excellent location. Valet parking was not competitive with free parking at nearby properties. Third stay. First two times were great. This one was dampened by the afternoon check-in desk. 3 star. Everything else 4 or 5 stars. Will return, however.

The property was very well kept in pristine condition. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and welcoming the rooms are.

The location of the hotel is great! You’re about a 10-20 minute walk from most site seeing stops. The hotel has a nice modern feel to it. Parking isn’t bad since there is a public parking garage right next to the hotel. However, it would be beneficial to offer a parking pass that covered your parking for your entire stay in the public parking garage so you didn’t have to keep track of a parking ticket every time you drive somewhere, but it was still more affordable to do the parking tickets each over the valet service.
