Erica was amazing. The best customer service I've encountered in a while. The other staff that I encountered was very friendly as well

Having a kitchenette was super helpful. The hotel smelled, our door didn’t lock, and people just left towels in the middle of halls. Breakfast was ok. The staff that checked us in was super nice and helpful.

Its a nice room for a day stay other then that i wont stay again the bathroom door does not shut the ceiling in the shower has a hole in it floor is nasty bed was okay
