Clean rooms, the staff is really nice, breakfast is 10/10, recommended to pay the parking at hotel since it’s a busy area.

Nice place, comfortable beds and quiet room. Appreciate the large fridge and a normal freezer. Only complaint is the bathtub looked like it was 100 years old, just needs remodeling. The rest of the room was updated.

I really liked the location of this hotel, it was close to everything and I did not drive until the day I had to check out. The room was clean, and the ladies at the desk were very professional and helpful. My only complaint was the mattress in the room had a sinking spot when I was laying down. The spot was on the right side of the mattress. Besides that we had a great stay!

To mine staff member wise as I write this that went above and beyond for me. Anita and Theresa were absolutely fabulous. However everyone was so amazing. The lobby was so clean and so were the rooms. Loved the city view room it was amazing. Will definitely stay here when I visit the city of Savannah. It is walking distance of a lot of things.

From the moment I walked into this hotel it was nothing short of amazing! The lobby was nice and clean and the staff have been nothing but amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. Two very amazing staff members stick out to me and that was Anita at the front desk and Theresa in food and beverage. The hotel offered amazing breakfast each morning and offered a nice little happy hour on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday in the evenings offering amazing snacks and adult beverages and other beverages. That was nice to have to hold us over until a nice meal in the city. The room was so amazing. We had a city view room and it just over looked the city. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up booking another night. This hotel has so much charm. And was worth every penny that I spent on this hotel. Walking distance of the river front or a short drive to everything within the historic district. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the Savannah historic district. I will be back next time I visit to this hotel that’s a promise.

very nice room with kitchenette and even dish washer, location was amazing just across the street from the river district, parking on site, and the ladies in the front desk were amazing! also breakfast is very good!

This is a tried in true place to stay if you wanna be near the historic district at Bay Street and River Street the breakfast is great. It’s conveniently located in the staff is friendly and efficient.. not extremely fancy by any means but well appointed clean and a regular go to when I’m in Savannah a.k.a. Athens mattress 706-546-4644

Staff was very nice.

Staff was helpful, limited parking available, room was clean, the one issue I had (faulty key) was addressed quickly without hassle, the location is great for walking all over town. Not all there rooms have outside facing windows so if that’s important to you then double check when booking.

Perfect location, great value especially with the manager Happy hour and breakfast included. Very clean, nice size room, bathroom, slept well, staff was helpful and friendly.

The only issue I had is the chairs in the eating sitting area were extremely dirty and it's disgusting to have so many dogs in the area while eating breakfast. The dogs owners were touching their pets then going into the breakfast area to get food without washing their hands. This was a complete turnoff for me. I understand the hotel is pet friendly, however a dog is still a animal and I felt like it was unsanitary to have them where in the area where dinning takes place

The staff was super nice, breakfast was great parking was good also they partnered with the parking garage so they validated the ticket. The room was clean but one bed was one sided and just old. Other than that the hotel was good.
