Location, very clean and wonderful friendly staff! Dryer did not dry clothes, possibly needs better ventilation.

great location, very friendly staff, had some issues with thermostat and tv (no instructions given in room). Also, shower only got mildly warm on last morning there, staff alerted but had to check out so not sure if others were affected.

Parking is a problem. I was misinformed by hotel staff. They knew where my car was and told me I was fine as long as I paid the kiosk but I got a $50 ticket from the city after listening to the hotel staff advice.

Hotel was great but honestly it was the staff that made it perfect! Morning crew at breakfast and check in staff the night before were super friendly and welcoming. They are the reason I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning with so many choices like waffles, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits with gravy, bagels, the list hours on and on. Parking was easy and very close to the hotel. This place has location, location, location. Near River Street and all of it's happenings and within walking distance of so many other things. This is our 5th time staying here.

check in to check out, they are available, accessible, helpful, inviting, friendly, and kind. It is obvious this team LIKES each other! They don’t have to be the big, new, shiny hotel to be the BEST in the neighborhood. Stay here for personal and personable service!

Most of the front desk staff greeted you with a smile and a hello. Chi Chi at the lobby bar was fantastic!! We purposely came back to have another drink with him before the bar closed. The hotel is situated in a great position to explore Savannah.

We have stayed for couple of nights, enjoyed our stay. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located near all attractions. I will recommend to stay in this hotel.

The place is conviently located and is a beautiful building. Room was very clean andd staff attentive. The best part was the comfort of the bed and pillows! I slept so deeply and have neck and back problems that were not an issue!

The staff and amenities ( breakfast, social hour, location, & nearby parking) were wonderful. That being said; there was a strong chemical scent in our room that gave both my husband and I headaches. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was pretty comfortable. The shower would not drain either. If it weren’t for the strong chemical scent in the room, we would give a higher rating. Overall, the hotel is pretty dated but the location and hospitality more than make up for it. Hopefully the overwhelming smell was isolated to our room.
