We had such a lovely time at Bianco Riccio — honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Everything about it just worked, and we left feeling so relaxed and happy we picked this place. Our room was awesome — big, spotless, and just really comfortable. You could tell the cleaning staff actually cared, because it looked perfect every single day, no matter when we got back. But honestly, the best part was the people. Alessandro was fantastic — so friendly, helpful and always had great suggestions for us and helped us make reservations in advance. And Yusupha was amazing too, always friendly and made us feel so welcome the whole time we were there. Between the great room and the amazing staff, the location, and the delicious breakfast, Bianco Riccio was just a great choice all around. We’d definitely go back.

The breakfast was exceptional! Not only did they have a large buffet of fruit, pastries, cold cuts and cheeses, but they also offered made to order eggs and bacon. They also made coffee drinks of our choosing. The room faced the ocean and had a big balcony! Just what we were looking for in our room. The view was spectacular! They could have provides bedside water and robes. A Nespresso machine in the room would have a wonderful upgrade.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Alessandro(the manager) and reception staff with a glass of Prosecco (nice touch). We had booked a deluxe suite, and Alessandro upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view suite which was lovely! The staff of the hotel: from manager, to reception, restaurant crew, and cleaning personnel were all exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great- ( on the top floor with an outstanding 360-degree view)! We got many great tips for local restaurants - they also made several reservations for us - first class service! nothing - It would be great though to have a restaurant with dinner options on site :) - no big deal since there are quite a few options in walking distance

Service was outstanding!

The location is perfect, staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. Alessandro, the hotel manager, was always around, checking in on guests, quick to communicate and ensuring we were taken care of. Rooms are great, pool and lounge area were a great spot to relax especially on the hot days! Very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was a great variety, the staff were thoughtful and remembered our orders just after the first day. Nothing, it was a wonderful stay!

Very clean & spacious hotel, very comfortable beds. Great views, the staff was very friendly, Alessandro de manager was very welcoming & always ready to chat with us,making sure we were happy, made us feel at home, the front desk girls were just as great if not more, very helpful with suggestions of where to go and or what to do. The breakfast on the top floor was really good with a phenomenal view of the sea & town. Delicious capuchino and a great variety of choices. Very happy happy with our stay. Everything was just great! Looking forward to be back! Thanks Alessandro and staff! That I had to leave.

Location is a bit quiet. But it is an excellent, central location for a base if you want to do multiple day trips around Puglia.

The breakfast room was beautiful with views over the town and to the sea. The breakfast and staff were excellent.

The room was comfortable with a balcony with sea view and a table and chairs so we could have some meal watching the sea. The room size was perfect and the bathroom, too. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of options, and the view from the rooftop during breakfast was amazing! You can breakfast looking the Adriatic Sea! One important detail is that you have a good parking lot. I do not have nothing to complain about.

We had the most incredible honeymoon staying at this hotel during the off-season. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care. Alessandro, the hotel director, personally drove us from Bari in the morning, and upon arrival, we were given an early check-in, a delicious complimentary breakfast, and even an upgrade to a sea view suite with a breathtaking view. To top it off, we were also treated to complimentary access to the spa, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The sea view suite was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with a view that we’ll never forget. The facilities were beyond our expectations, especially the pool and spa, which were absolute highlights of our stay. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. By the end of our 9-night stay, we truly felt like part of the family, yet the level of service always reminded us that we were valued guests. Alessandro and the team made our honeymoon so special, and we’re so grateful for the memories they helped create. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. And as a bonus, Savelletri itself is a charming little town with some of the best food we’ve ever had. It was truly a dream come true! We loved everything, the only thing that would make this unbelievable and 20 stars out of 10 would be bigger bathrobes as we are quite on the bigger side :). Other than that we were positively surprised every single day.
