L'Ulivo Bed and Breakfast

The property is breathtaking, beautiful infinity pool, the grounds are impeccable, well maintained and very spacious for a 5 room facility! The entire place was very quiet and tranquil! The owner Silvia and her staff are welcoming and friendly, they made us feel like family ! The breakfast spread was always fresh, homemade and delicious ? The room was always clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, beautiful thick towels both for bathroom and pool. Our host offered great recommendations on things to do and places to see. Great value for our money and highly recommend this property!!?

From the moment we arrived, L’Ulivo felt truly authentic and warm. Silvia was exceptional; her care and attentiveness made all the difference. The breakfast wasn’t just delicious, it was an experience in itself, an incredible variety of options, beautifully presented, every detail reflected the love and care that went into preparing it. The entire staff treated us with such kindness. It was one of the most special experiences of our whole trip to Italy. We left with full hearts and already dreaming of coming back. L’Ulivo is Puglia at its most authentic. Thank you for everything!

Not that I did not like it, but maybe a suggestion for even better experience is to expand on "common" area so it can be used in bad weather as well.

The property is perfect for visiting the area's attractions as well as having the most relaxing time by the swimming pool ! From the facilities and wonderful pool through to the most amazing breakfasts with local produce provided by Silvia and her team. Nothing was too much trouble and I would thoroughly recommend booking this B&B. Nothing.

This is such a haven, tucked away in a quiet spot amongst fields of ancient olive trees, the place has a silence to it which is magical and calming. The breakfast was amazing, with every detail taken care of. Silvia and her husband are the perfect hosts, we felt very welcomed and cared for with every little detail paid careful attention to. We took bikes and cycled 10 minutes to the town where there are plenty of really nice restaurants and some shops. We would love to come back if we get the opportunity.

It was an wonderful experience and I would definitely reccommend Silvia's location and services! It was a 5 to 6 stars experience! The rooms, from its size to its cleanliness, the breakfast quality, the exceptional coffee, I believe there is nothing I cannot higlight and highly reccommend! Will be definitely coming back, we left in tears, It really was one of the top vacations of my life! And thank Silvia and her team for that! And Toto, go find who Toto is and what is his story ??❤️ That we have only stayed 5 nights! We should have stayed at least a month, for a lifetime is not possible. Or is it?! ??❤️❤️❤️

This place is incredible in every single aspect. The owner Silvia goes out of her way to ensure that the experience is memorable. The grounds are magnificent with olive trees that are over one thousand years old along with a great pool with lounge chairs. The breakfasts are home made by the owner and are as tasty as they are visually pleasing with lots of variety. The location can't be beaten - close to all the major towns of interest. The breakgast was fantastic with lots of local produce making all the offering delicious. Silvia is a magnificent host and can't do enough for you. My wife had an upset stomache which was a carryover from our trip to Morocco and Silvia looked after her by making some special teas for her to drink at breakfast and throughout the day. Couldn't fault this property and host and staff. The grounds were perfectly maintained and the pool area was amazing. The location is perfect if you have a car and want to see the many amazing towns that Puglia has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect! Property is quiet and relaxing. Beautifully landscaped garden, so spacious, so clean, eye for detail. Amazing pool. Free bicycles available at the accommodation are perfect for driving around the surrounding olive groves. Beautiful place to stay for visiting Alberobello and Locorotondo and Ostuni - you just need a car.

Where to begin.. In short, everything! The property was absolutely gorgeous nestled in an olive grove. The grounds were kept in immaculate condition. The hospitality was above & beyond. The location was very easy to get to via car. Towns were in close proximity to make quick day trips expanding our exploring capabilities. The host, Silvia is very patient and genuine. Kind and caring. And the breakfast! No La Quinta hot breakfast. Everything was fresh, local, and delicious. EVERYTHING. Thy also offer wine by the bottle. We enjoyed beverages in sitting areas near our room as well as the community area near the office. This establishment is 10/10. My wife and I will be back! There is zero to add here.

L’Ulivo really exceeded our expectations. This is a family owned and run Bed and Breakfast and you can really tell that Silvia and Sandro care deeply about their guests and their property. A list of things we loved about our stay: 1. A small staff that was incredibly genuine, friendly, welcoming, accommodating. Silvia especially was so lovely to interact with. 2. Clean rooms; impeccably maintained grounds and facilities that were also secure. Air conditioning that works very well. 3. Totò, the sweetest pup that was around in the morning. 4. Delicious food. 5. Great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Assistance with reservations as needed. 6. Wonderful location - super quiet and peaceful but very nearby amazing larger Apulian cities that were fun to explore during the day. We would gladly recommend L’Ulivo without any hesitation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puglia. When we left we actually had tears in our eyes, we were so sad to go. We can’t wait to come back and we travelled all the way from the west coast of the US!

The grounds with 1000 year old Olive tree’s & spectacular pool. Our host Sylvia so attentive assisting with numerous recommendations and bookings for us. The breakfasts also were amazingly freshly cooked, prepared & served. Probably the provided hair drier could be updated.
