The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful, always willing to accommodate requests and lend a hand whenever needed. We also loved the real grass in the backyard areas and the amount of open outdoor space, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. The building itself is very nicely designed, with an attractive, intimate aesthetic that gives the property a lot of charm and character. Unfortunately, the mattress was one of the worst parts of the experience. It was an extremely firm memory foam mattress, and the queen size felt quite small for a couple. I was unable to rest comfortably at night and woke up sore and with back pain every morning. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, going on and off throughout the day. Breakfast was nicely presented, but frankly very basic and limited. The pool area was another disappointment. The pool itself is raised above ground level and, overall, the area lacked the aesthetic and inviting atmosphere I expected. The older lounge chairs and general setup did little to make it a place where we wanted to spend much time. The air conditioning was probably the biggest issue alongside the mattress. The thermostat only allowed us to set the temperature as low as 19°C, which should have been adequate, but the room never felt anywhere close to that temperature. It consistently felt closer to 23°C and remained uncomfortably warm, particularly during the intense Italian summer heat. My impression was that the AC unit was simply undersized for the bedroom and unable to cool the space properly. Between the warm room and the extremely hard mattress, sleeping comfortably became very difficult, and unfortunately that had a significant impact on the overall stay.

Beautiful place to spend the weekend. Service was great, so was the food.

Staff was great, the cleanliness of the rooms, the chef was a real joy, and the property was beautiful. What I liked least was that the pool had no shallow end. However the grounds were beautiful and clean.

Amazing place

I liked that the property was small. It sometimes felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. It was nice to have staff around for assistance and recommendations too. The entire property is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. We loved being able to have slow mornings and enjoy breakfast before going out for the day. We would take a mid day break to enjoy the pool and then head out for dinner. The location was perfect and central to many places. We stayed as a family of four and our room was set up perfectly for that. We did a cooking class on property that was probably the highlight of our trip. We also had a nail in our tire one day and the staff was so helpful in getting it fixed. We wish we could have stayed longer and are looking forward to visiting again in the future! Nothing, everything was perfect!

We had the most wonderful experience at this Puglian masseria near Fasano. The property is very modern, consisting of just a few comfortable suites, each featuring outdoor terrace. Breakfast is provided each morning either inside or on outside terrace overlooking the pool and a stunning olive grove. Parking is free on premises. What makes this place extra special is its staff: Natalie, our host, was always available to help and very gracious. The breakfast server Antoinette was just so lovely and friendly. She put a smile on our faces every morning! Thank you both! It is important to mention that the property is conveniently located within driving distance of all major attractions in northern Puglia. We also highly recommend one of the local restaurants suggested by the hosts: Ardecoure in Fasano (the best meal in three weeks in Italy - we are serious!)

Very helpful staff from the moment we stepped on to the property. A car is definitely needed at this property as it is a little out of the way. About 10 minutes from a very quaint seaside town called Savelletri - lovely restaurants. The beds at the property were very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed with a kettle etc. Modern bathrooms. The breakfast was included and was a basic start to the day. The pool was all one level and difficult to get out off as it had steps that were attached to the wall. It was not very child friendly.

Beautiful location, clean and very safe Nothing.

It was very clean and all of the finishings are very new and professional. The management team are really lovely and helped organise a babysitter for us too. The pool is 1.7m deep and therefore made it extremely hard to go swimming with our 2 year old son - even for adults it's hard as you can't touch the bottom.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The setting was stunning, the breakfast was so delicious, fresh and with an array of options. The room and facilities were clean and beautiful and so relaxing. What really made the place oustanding was the staff. They couldn't have been more friendly, hospitable and kind. They went above and beyond to make our family feel so at home and welcome. We hope to go back so we can see them all again! Everyone we met who worked there was so generous and kind, it was really like staying with family. We had two young children and the pool was deep which made things a bit tricky for us, but when we return (and we really hope we do!) the girls will be able to swim. The hotel itself and everything about it, was faultless.

Brand new place, beautiful and comfortable rooms/bed, very friendly and helpful staff, nice garden with big pool. We loved everything. Best place we stayed in during our 10 day trip in Puglia. Nothing.

Casale degli Ulivi was a great surprise for us at Fasano. It was an amazing property, with impecable details, a good smell and absolutely clean rooms. The room was quite large. It felt amazing swimming in the pool, amongst old olive trees. The owners were really good people. Our 3 year old could not enjoy the water freely because the pool was 170cm deep, so the owner run to the nearest store and bought all kinds of floats and water games for our girl. Breakfast was amazing too. Would highly recommend. N/A

New and extremely well located boutique hotel in the heart of Valle d'Itria - beautiful design and attention to detail, the decoration has been done with taste and with a focus on quality, our room had an amazing huge terrace as well overlooking the garden and the pool (which are great as well) Only thing that didn't work properly is the AC, the room was always very warm - also the pillows were not the most comfy but its a very subjective issue

Unique place - very nice surrounding with pool and garden. Cozy and spacious rooms with terrace. Breakfast buffet delicious with homemade products. The Team is very helpful - great hospitality. It was more than perfect. We would love to come back. Thanks for the awesome experience and stay! Nothing
