Do not stay here. It’s not safe! Read what we didn’t like. The meat and cheese at breakfast were mouldy. It was disgusting and nobody was eating it. They gave my wife gluten-free bread that had mould in it and she got food poisoning and was throwing up all day and night. We were supposed to stay tonight, but we left first thing in the morning so that we could find somewhere to have breakfast. The beds are uncomfortable, the sink in the bathroom was plugged, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, the bedroom was freezing, and we couldn’t get the heat on (another couple we met said their bedroom was boiling and they couldn’t get the air conditioning on), and the older woman who works there is rude. The worst part was the breakfast. There is slime inside the two juice containers. And when you opened the container that had the cheese and meat in it, the smell of mold filled the room. We are trying to get a full refund from booking.com and we will be reporting them to the local health board.

Easy to walk to downtown. The matrimonial bed was two single mattress and we were falling in between. The breakfast could have been much better.

Very traditional. All of it to be honest - rude staff, tiny room (which used to be a single as the headboard is still on the wall!) swimming pool so small we couldn’t get in due to it being available to the locals, there was no where to put our stuff apart from a horrible dark cupboard that you couldn’t see into, nowhere in bathroom to put anything, a shower that made me bleed due to a screw sticking out of shower door, loud air con, flies everywhere, no ‘bar’ even though advertised, no water in fridge and there was a loud wedding on day 1 which we wasn’t made aware of. Instead of complaining I asked if I could change booking of 3 nights to 2 so we moved onto Naples, they explained they would give me a refund for the last night but have ignored me continuously even though I paid in cash at the hotel and they said they would refund into my bank which didn’t make sense. So not only a bad hotel they are also thieves. I have continuously asked on message for my refund and they keep saying I will get it but now have blocked me from messages I think. Im so annoyed as I paid an extra night stay at another hotel as they accepted only paying for 2 nights and it’s just not fair. The hotel was really bad, I have no idea how they are still in business.

Just that there was a nice view overseeing the mountains, a small pool but water was freezing. The interior of the hotel had a historic feel to it. The town didn’t have much but there was the hotel’s restaurant across the street, that may have been the best experience when it was dinner time eventhough they didn’t speak a word of English and net wouldn’t connect right so we had to guess all the time what we’re having. Language barrier: people in the hotel barely spoke any English hence was so hard to get info and ask for anything, using google translate always in one hand and when asked about taxis or public transportation, they didn’t know much so we needed to depend on ourselves. Location: was bad if you didn’t have a car. We didn’t get a car as there was suppose to be bus transportation but they never showed up so we would end up walking 20 mins each day back and forth to the train station. Room: the door didn’t lock right and two times we came back and it could be softly pushed by hand to open. The safe was broken, the pillows and mattresses were so old and uncomfortable. There was just a fitted sheet and then when asked for a blanket another thing one was provided. The two electrical sockets on the side of the ends didn’t work so we used the one of the fridge and by the door. There was no water or a kettle or anything complementary when we checked in. We had after a long day of travel go find water bottles to buy. Breakfast: it was all just cakes, croissants, cut meats and juices or coffee and tea. For some that don’t eat porc, no protein alternative was provided such as eggs.

Lovley hidden gem in a surprising location

The staff was friendly. The room was dirty. By that I mean: - The floor was dusty - The bathroom sink and shower didn't drain, and there was water buildup that took a very long time to go away. - The small fridge in the room had mould - There was an ashtray on the balcony that hadn't even been emptied. We stayed here just one night after booking 4 nights, checked out early and went to another hotel. I'm still trying to sort out a refund for the 3 remaining nights that we paid for. The staff was friendly though, but only one lady spoke English. Don't go there if you don't speak fluent Italian. In fact, don't go there even if you do. I do NOT recommend this place.
