Because I don't drink coffee, the breakfast consisted of a packaged bun and nothing more. Certainly not what was pictured. The parking situation was not on site, rather a block away. The balcony was nice, the view was not.

Big,clean room. The room was part of the owner’s house and it was a bit weird.

Very clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind and willing to make you feel welcome.

Very attentive host. Morning coffee and Italian breakfast of a sweet bun was always prompt and well presented. Mattress was quite soft. Felt like we were being watched all the time.

Nice family run with comfortable room and kitchen. Location is difficult to find and parking provided (garage) good but not easy to get into the drive.
