Hotel Nelton

The service was amazing so I decided to stay 2 more nights

room small, old shower. Scratchy towels, location. No drinking water in room. I had to Put luggage on balcony as not eough space in the room. Shower did not drain properly so my feet got a bath while I was showering.

Amazing vacation. Staff was very helpful and friendly The opening hours of the pool.

Pool was lovely- music was great. Breakfast was excellent Neighborhood us a bit sketchy and dirty

Staff helpful and friendly. Chef was good and the food was good. Shower was not working properly. The bed was squeaky. Certainly not a 4 star hotel!!

People where very kind and willing to help. Cleanness and maintenance was not good at all, they had wifi issues (they where working to solve it)

The receptionist was friendly and recommended a good restaurant in Pompeii. (Which is where we should have stayed Awful beds Breakfast was bad Awful Surrounding location with rubbish littered everywhere you look Old hotel Needs running properly

Beautiful modern resort, beautiful environment with palm trees ? staff at a high level ? absolutely everything was great. Also breakfast. We recommend it to everyone ? Everything was great ?

The beds were really comfy and the pool was nice. Good shower pressure and the rooms were modern. The cleaning staff never changed our beds or gave us fresh towels. We had to ask for new towels and they were angry about it. We also asked for late checkout and was denied which is fair enough if they needed the room but then they said we couldn't use the pool until we needed to leave, even though it was only an extra hour and a half. Also forced to pay to hire beach towels half way through the stay to use the pool. This was addressed and the pool by staff standing and pointing and talking about us for about 30 minutes before a manager actually came out and was impolite about it. Felt like some more local guests and staff were actually mad we were there and just stared at us all the time for no reason. Often uncomfortable around the pool. Breakfast is poor pastries overcooked and not a lot of options if you don't like fruit and yoghurt...

It was very well organised , clean , with various activities for people to do . Very relaxing environment and friendly and professional staff ? Only down side , if you had to reach the hotel by public transport it would be tricky . Apart from that , it was Awesome ?

Everything! The staff was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The pool was great for an afternoon swim after exploring Pompeii. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel and found the breakfast very good. The room was spacious, with solid air-conditioning. Easy drive to Pompeii and also Sorrento. We would come back any time! Nothing. The hotel is much nicer than the pictures suggest.

Nice room. Very good breakfast. Nice pool. A bit far from everything.
