It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. The location was ideal and staff super friendly

Short walk right across the train station. Room and bed is very comfy. Host met us on checkin and gave tips for good restuarant nearby.

Proprietor very friendly an helpful. Location very convenient. "Large Double Room' mis-sold. We have rarely seen a smaller one. Decor tired. No soap provided. Compared to many other hotel stays, including London, Canterbury, Edinburgh etc, least value for money we have stayed in.

Location only The room was grotty and far too small for 2 people. There was no wardrobe as there was no room for one. There was no chair as there was no room for one. There was no towel rail in the bathroom as there was no room for one. Additionally the bedsheets did not fit properly on the mattress which was a bit Icky.
