The check in is super easy, the view from the windows is the best. The room was also pretty big for a budget hotel. The room was very hot after a sunny day in July, it was hard to vent it and close the shades to sleep at the same time. This in not the property’s fault but the church bells ring all night long every hour making it almost impossible to sleep.

Gorgeous location, spacious room Took a while to cool the room in the evenings

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy using my phone. Also using my phone to open doors made entry easy. I never spoke to or saw any staff so can't rate them. I can say that the bathroom was very clean so the housekeeping staff does a great job.

No staff to deal with ( I didn’t meet with anyone during check in or check out). No air conditioning (temperature was almost 40 degrees) and no minibar in the room.

Beautiful clean modern Far from other tourist facilities

Small but clean hotel room with a view balcony. Easy check in process. The location is on the Lichtenstein Weg and there are bus stops close by. Community room with coffee/tea/water machine plus tables for dining. Beautiful building and grounds. Slightly hard bed.

The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately they did not offer breakfast or a refrigerator. Check-in was automated. (No live person). The phone number at desk did not work. We were lucky that a cleaning person was still onsite (her phone did not work either) and was able to connect to the office via a different method to get us checked in with a key. Automated check-out did not work either. There needs to be someone onsite 24 hours to assist guests. (from check-in to towels to etc.)

The phone key and self check in worked great! The room was large and the gardens and view were beautiful. The only downside was the very thin ceilings. We could hear people walking around above us until late at night. Then someone's phone vibrating on the floor above us woke us up before 6 am.

The view is amazing. No one there to check you in but you really don't need it. They have a good system. Just hard to get suggestions, lol The restaurant was sad. It was a Wednesday night but even with that not super great food and pricey. Did they have breakfast, who knows, I just didn't think it would be worth checking out.

Very quick to respond. Clean room. Nice view. Up a hill with less frequent bus service.

Amazing view from the room I got! One of the best sceneries I ever had the pleasure of waking up to! Place is very clean. There is free parking which is important to me. I was so happy I chose to stay here rather than in Vaduz. The view is superb. There is elevator/lift, which is rare in the area I think. They have a restaurant in the building. No coffee/tea facility in the room. This is self check-in/out, so when I forgot something in the room, it was a nightmare to get back in. When I finally figured out how to go up without any card key, the cleaners were already half-finished so my expensive tiny SD card was lost forever. Also, the management has no compassion when I asked to rebook (nonrefundable) after getting several canceled flights from Dubai during the ongoing US/Israel-Iran war (All other hotels I booked have granted my request), so I was really upset about that.

They say they have rooms with twin beds but the beds were inseparable

Location on top of hill was excellent - beautiful surroundings & amazing views of surrounding mountains. Room was a good size & bathroom ok. Good parking area provided. Close to town centre, but removed at same time. Easy to drive across into Switzerland or Austria. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, although you could access a coffee machine on the first floor. Almost impossible to find any staff to ask questions of or ask for replacement items for room. Self check-in via a machine & no English channels on TV.

There were no wardrobes in the room and the curtains were so thin they basically did not work.

We booked this hotel not knowing what it was. We found out that the place is a 350-year-old church converted into a hotel. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay; the entire place and experience were one of a kind. We were extremely lucky to accidentally find this hotel. We loved everything about this hotel

I liked the view from the room. I really liked the soda water dispenser and coffeemaker on the first floor. The chair was okay, the temperature okay and the bed nice and comfortable. I'm really happy I had my soap because there was only one squirt left in the sink soap dispenser and none in the shower dispenser.
