The people at the front desk were most helpful, right from the check-in! Rooms are roomy overlooking the pool area! The pool is indoor- another plus! full breakfast menu each morning, awesome! Ample parking! Located on the frontage road to put us back on the interstate quick and easy.... very conveniently located! Will stay there again, when the opportunity presents itself! Thank you!

The room was a decent size for a family of 4. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The atrium pool area is not climate controlled. The first day was hot and humid with the added annoyance of mosquitoes. It is probably a better amenity in the winter months. The room smelled like an old ash tray. The fee for the room was much higher than I saw on Expedia when I was actually there. Almost double. I feel I overpaid by a long shot. The general cleanliness of the hotel was very good as well as the attentiveness of most of the staff. My very picky wife found it to be clean enough to relax, even though the room smells like old cigarettes.

Coffe machine in lobby started stay just right! Breakfast excellent (eggs and hot sauce used delicious), Lupita (breakfast staff) gave excellent recommendation to local bbq restraunt, Harmon's bbq in Cibolo! Family well pleased, I copied potato salad recipe at home for Father's Day, and ordered a second plate to eat at the hotel that evening. Atrium very relaxing, felt like a real tropical vacation, but private too! Took pixs of floral to copy for home setting. Overall first time I stayed at a "Plus" Best Western but surely I'll be looking for another in future travels. Was worried about IH35 but turned out very easy to maneuver. Glad we gave it a chance.

Greenery Continental breakfast was removed prior to service being finished. Felt like staff placed no mind that we were still in area. It was not even 9 am and items were removed
