Everythng was great, the hotel was all thet you need , restaurants, small shop etc. Easy to reach the city center by Uber in about 30 min all good

2 sleeping spots of the 4 were not set up. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Sauna and steam room was not available As per above

The room was nice. The facilities overall were good, not the best, but not bad. The fact there was no airport shuttle.

Nothing, really. Honestly I can’t understand the rating. Both the rating, the description, and the pictures of the rooms are totally misleading. I would never stay here again. Rooms: I booked a queen room and was given a twin with the 2 smallest beds I have ever seen. Looked old and worn (nothing like the pictures). Not sure if there are older rooms but the one I got was small, dark and old (and for 200€ a night!!). Asked to be changed to the queen I booked but they told me that no other rooms were available (mind you, this was a reservation I had made 30 min prior, so if they didn't have a queen room they shouldn't sell it on Booking!!). The beds weren’t even made, the blanket was folded on the bed for me to make… pillows were the most uncomfortable, had to sleep on 3 to have some sort of support. Location: 15 min drive to the airport and 20/30€ taxi fare with no shuttle (other comparable hotels in the area have shuttle) so would not recommend Restaurant: mediocre and overpriced. 26€ for a veggie burger, 9€ for a bottle of water of 75cl. I stayed in a few 4/5* in central Berlin that had cheaper food. The 9€ water is genuinely price gouging. Service was pretty slow (had to ask twice about the bill). And because of the location, there's no really option to order food to the hotel so they really take advantage of that Worst price quality I have experienced in Berlin: all of this was 200€/night (granted a last minute booking due to a canceled flight) Definitely not IHG quality and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Much better properties that are closer to the airport, with better rooms and free shuttle to the airport

Safe Bugs in bathtub, restaurant way over priced, front seat slightly helpful, far from everything. Taxi from airport 40 euros ((-3 mi)

There was no airport shuttle in the morning. This made it challenging to get to my flight and I had to leave around 5am. The hotel can do better about this
