I was disappointed with the reception experience during my stay. When I approached the reception, the staff member was using her mobile phone while speaking with me, which I found unprofessional and made me feel that my concerns were not being given proper attention. I was also unhappy with the way I was treated and spoken to during the conversation. In addition, I had only around two hours available before the standard check-in time, and when I requested an early check-in, I was asked to pay an additional charge. I understand that early check-in may be subject to availability, but charging an additional fee for such a short period felt unfair, particularly considering the circumstances. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the reception service and the way my request was handled. I hope the hotel management will review this feedback and take appropriate steps to improve the guest experience and staff professionalism. Accessible and clean

Quiet location. Bar good for an easy, simple supper. Large room.
-
Smart tv but couldn't cast from my phone. Room wasn't cleaned during my stay

No free parking. I would not suggest coming to this hotel if you have a car. If you park on road in front of the hotel, police will tow your car or you will pay a juicy fine.

Staff was amazing and the rooms clean. A bit far from the city center.

This was by far my favorite hotel during my entire Europe trip. The room was modern, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the summer. I also loved the smart mirror in the bathroom and the beautiful lighting in the room. The staff was friendly, and I even received gummy bears at check-out, which was a lovely touch. I honestly didn't want to leave. The only thing I missed was a minibar or small refrigerator in the room. Everything else was excellent.

It’s around an hour away from Berlin proper by train, and trains were not running properly when we visited. Not the hotel’s fault of course. But if you’re looking for a “centric” hotel this isn’t it.

It was very clean, close to public transportation The food menu was not available everyday. Some day, there was only few food from the menu.

The reception is available all day so check in was very easy. The room was so spacious, beautifully decorated, well-lit and clean. The bed was comfy. We really liked the decorations and the lighting. The toilet was also clean and well equipped. Even though its advertised as airport hotel but still it has to be accessed by S-bahn from the airport followed by a short walk. If you have very early flight check the train timings to make sure you can reach the airport in good time or ask the reception to book a taxi.

Cozy and comfortable especially for solo travelers. Nothing

I thought all room level would have a minibar but not for my room. Will check it out carefully before booking

The walls had stains on them and the room was not very clean

I loved the bedding. I would like to have more ventilation. There was very little air movement. I was happy to be able to open a window.

The place works I guess for an overnight wait for an early flight. DON'T TRY TO CHECK IN EARLY! Check in is 1500 and it will be 1500 -- no matter your flight, no matter your mood, no matter if the room has been empty a week! What matters is that we can charge you €21! My concern is that if they don't let you in to a clean, empty room unless you pay, their concern is more about money than service. Once you are allowed into your room, it is okay. Others have mentioned, there are scuffs on the walls. No biggie. The wifi is a bit slow. These marks on the shampoo bottle suggest the soap isn't as lux as the bottle suggests. Money over service.

Everything is new and is pretty close to the S-Bahn station
