Staff very nice good communication When I was at outside the hotel staff open room and put outside my lagage and some of my stuff missing that’s embarrassing I can’t imagine missed my kids trozer one jacket and one trozer

The staff, very helpful and very friendly. The multiple pre check in emails received. Leading to confusion as to what extras had or hadn't been booked and being overcharged. Would have been easier just to sort extras out on arrival to the hotel.
