very nice staff. Wonderful room, plenty of space. Quiet and lovely building. As an American, I missed AC but that's it. Lack of AC but most places don't have it anyway.

Staff not friendly upon check in at all. I know they were really busy but they didn't think to explain that to get the shower hot you need to turn the tap the opposite way. The bed was uncomfortable - pillow all squishy and mattress felt thin. The sheets didn't smell very clean. The room felt a bit tattered and not taken care of. There was black mould in the shower. It felt less nice than hostels I've stayed in and very overpriced. Wish I'd booked somewhere else.

The building looks generally nice, the rooms are solid, and the staff tries its best to accommodate the guests although they are also very busy to serve guests in the restaurant. Tony was super nice. The place does not offer appropriate value for the prices it charges, especially when compared with other Hotels near the airport. First of all, although it advertises itself as having a restaurant, there is no breakfast, not even a coffee option in the mornings. The place does not offer any water or water cooker with tea or coffee either (other hotels for less money offer that as part of in room equipments). It should seriously rethink to do so, especially since there is no breakfast nearby at all. Be prepared to bring ear plugs - noise levels from the restaurant and in the morning from other guests.

The room was much bigger than I expected. It is attached to a restaurant where we ate and the food was amazing. We had just been on a 2 week cruise and the food here was so much better. It was in a safe area not far from the airport which is great for connecting flights. Nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

nice clean hotel. decent hot shower...food looked amazing but I opted for a cheaper kebab just across the road which was also great. yeh overall pleasant experience and was able to catch a bus easily to the airport despite it being 04.30 am.

After a long haul flight, the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was perfect for my 1 night stay but the highlight was the restaurant downstairs - food and service both amazing! Nothing

Good location not far from the airport. The manager of the hotel is a friendly person. A rooster in the morning, like in the village. Noise in the kitchen in the morning.

Booked into this hotel the night before we arrived in Berlin. Paid to get an Uber to the hotel approximately 10pm. Got out of the Uber with my 3 children and the hotel was locked up. Knocked on every door, stuck in the middle of nowhere in a storm and only had 4% left on my phone, luckily enough to book another Uber and ended up at the MOXY BERLIN HOTEL and this hotel was brilliant and would definitely recommend the MOXY, was amazing, and amazing staff The eerie, dated motel feel that you would get in an American horror movie. That was our impression from the outside. Can't comment on the inside as we were locked out.

Good and simple place to spend a night before early flight. Several bus stops (different bus routes to and from airport) close to Gasthaus. No table/desk to place a laptop to work.

The accomodation is close to BER airport. The rooms are simple, but clean and very large and quiet. Easy to reach with an Uber or taxi. On the ground floor there is an restaurant with authentic and very good German cooking! The staff is super friendly! Bus connections are poor on the weekend. Better choice is to take an Uber back to the airport and then take te S-Bahn to the city center.
