Amazing place. Perfect for resting and sleeping. Beds are REALLY cosy and comfortable. Room as AC and blackout curtains. Lobby is really nice, 24h reception. You can chill there whenever, grab a drink or play fussball. In the morning there's some small bites for the customers and there's coffee. There were lots of good things, but for us the best by far were the people. Extremely nice, helpful, understanding and chill

Good value for money. The location near the airport is a plus. The room was large and comfortable -- and very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. There was limited food (pizza, etc.) available at dinner time, but the desk clerk directed me to an excellent Italian restaurant a short walk away. The room, as in many hotels aimed a younger clientele, had no comfortable chair to sit in and nothing to serve as a desk. It was not clear how to access and pay for the shuttle, which runs to the long-distance parking garage, when I arrived at the airport. This meant I took a taxi, which was overpriced for the short distance involved. The return to the airport was easy, since tickets are available at the hotel desk and the coach stops just outside.

If I was going to stay near the airport, I'd stay there again. If I was going to stay in Berlin for a day again, I'd probably stay in Mette and just have to use Uber once going and once returning.

They double charged me for the room, so I paid the booking fee via Bookings.com and then the hotel charged my credit card again for the same amount, I checked out early 3 am as I had an early flight so I was there from check in to half the night and they charged more money???? This is robbery big time I will NEVER come here ever again...

The on site restaurant was limited in menu options and it seemed like air fryer quality food with a grilled but, but gave me and my 6 year old a quick bite without having to leave the location.

It‘s a Moxy close to the airport. Functional, comfortable, ok value, handy for a late arrival with a next-day connection. Room was nicer than expected and quiet.. Hectic, transitional vibe - everybody exudes „I‘d rather move on“. If you‘re looking for more than a bed (and maybe a nightcap) close to the airport, like atmosphere or serenity - not your place. That‘s not the fault of the hotel though. What the hotel could improve on is the selection of food in the bar. I was also mildly disappointed with both the selection and quality of the breakfast buffet. Not outright bad, but not good either. Next time I‘d skip that and spend the money directly at one of the airport restaurants.

I like Moxy airport hotels for their locations. Decor is bland but clean and comfortable.

Very close to airport, trendy hotel with nice lounge which was a bar/restaurant. I felt completely comfortable staying solo. Would definitely stay again. I couldn't figure out where to get the shuttle and booked a BOLT rideshare both ways. It wasn't too pricey. I'm not complaining just putting the info here because the directions can be confusing and BER is a very busy and large airport.

My friend and I stayed here the night before our flight back home, after a great time in Berlin for a week. There are lots of hotel options around / near the airport but we chose the Moxy because of the great reviews, the new rooms, and comfy beds (spoken about in the reviews too). It was a convenience choice and it turned into a great one. I cannot speak to what I didn't like because we were truly there for only 16 hours and didn't take advantage of any of the amenities or food offerings.
