Very friendly and caring staff, a nice hotel (hotel room, spa, dining areas, ski room, bar), from ski lift 2 minutes by bus & 15 minutes by foot. Great schnitzel.

The room was great - we had the suite which was on 2 floors - living area on the first and a bed on the second. The sofa bed on the first could fit our kids without a problem. The staff is very kind and helpful. The view from our room was spectacular as we could see the valley. Overall the hotel's location is great. If you are not used to the area(Zillertal) the smell from all the fertilization using cow excrements will be off putting(this wasn't an issue for us).

The location was great for a visit to the ice Caves and had a great view of the castle.

Great hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind. The facilities were also top-notch for this type of hotel. I especially loved waking up to the stunning views and enjoying my morning coffee. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, in front of the hotel is the free bus to the different ski places

Very friendly receptionist, who gave us a lot of great advice for hikes and activities around. Restaurant with a nice atmosphere (winter garden), excellent and refined meals with a very good value for price. Bus stop closeby, and train station only 15 minutes walking distance (no need for car) Good breakfast, maybe some room for improvement here, but largely sufficient. Comfortable room with a very pleasant balcony , and very clean place overall. Too much light in the morning due to insufficient curtains. Room could maybe be a bit refurbished (floors especially)
