Everything great, just the lady at the breakfast register was a little rude but everything else was great!

Not very dog friendly. Not much of an option to walk the dogs.

Staff were very helpful. There was a ringing sound by the sink that disturb our sleep. Found an insect by the bathroom during the night. We booked for 3 persons in a room and their bed were small for 2 persons.

The pool and the hot tub were a children's playground. I couldn't use it at all. How about restricting it to certain hours only for the adults/children?

Arrived late, left early. It suited our needs.

Our most challenging thing was the low toilet, with no grab bars. My husband has bad knee arthritis. He couldn't use the bathroom in the room. He had to travel quite a distance to use the lobby restroom. That one has grab bars and is higher. This was inconvenient, twice during the night. First, we had requested a roll-in shower room. That room had a super low and squishy mattress. He sat down on it and couldn't stand up, due to how low it was. The staff was well-meaning when they moved us to the other room. If you have joint issues, these rooms prove challenging.
